I've stopped by this store several times over the past few months for a mix of reasons, and it's…read moreusually a solid experience with helpful employees and a clean, well-stocked store. Today was a very different experience. I was greeted by a woman with long dark hair, and she was the complete opposite of what I've come to expect here. My Razr phone overheated on the charger and the screen died. I had already placed a warranty exchange over the phone, but when I came in today I was told the model was backordered. Since that was the case, I figured I'd look into upgrading instead. She refused to even check. Even after I explained that I was already told an upgrade was possible, she insisted the only option was to buy a new phone, add a new line, and continue paying on the broken one. This turned out to be completely untrue. We left and called customer care, and they were able to process the upgrade and fix everything in just a few minutes. My advice is this: the store is usually great, but if you end up with the woman with long, straight dark hair, ask for someone else. My tolerance for confidently delivered misinformation is low, and today was a prime example of why.

T-Mobile business is one of the rudest customers service out there. The customer service support…read morecall center tells you to do one thing and then you do what they tell you to do, only to go to the store and they tell you to do something else. They took two of my days off work hours of time on the phone almost 8 hours of back and forth phone conversations, and each time it would be someone different that you would speak with, so you would have to go into your reason for calling each time because they couldn't take adequate notes for the next person. This is a company that does not have their stuff together. Always offering a deal trying to keep you happy that they don't follow through with after a total of 8 years with this company our family severed ties we got to the point where we could not trust them. Without trust you can't do business. Customer service 611 has no business being in business. Do you yourself a favor and save yourself a hardship and headache. Our days off work are valuable and they don't seem to care about that. One said to me we all have to work.
