Not only were the employees at this location kind and compassionate but they saved me from having to set my phone back to factory settings which their customer service line support said to do. I burst into tears at the thought of losing the last pics and messages of my husband. But not only did they give me a minute to compose myself but told me the truth that resetting my phone was not needed. I went home and now not only is my phone working but I still have my memories. Excellent staff that are knowledgeable and caring. They all deserve a huge raise!!

All for an amazing Monthly Payment of Around $250!! We are Loving the deals and we are so very Grateful to be helped by kind people, and Get in on these Savings. T-Mobile business is one of the rudest customers service out there. The customer service support…read morecall center tells you to do one thing and then you do what they tell you to do, only to go to the store and they tell you to do something else. They took two of my days off work hours of time on the phone almost 8 hours of back and forth phone conversations, and each time it would be someone different that you would speak with, so you would have to go into your reason for calling each time because they couldn't take adequate notes for the next person. This is a company that does not have their stuff together. Always offering a deal trying to keep you happy that they don't follow through with after a total of 8 years with this company our family severed ties we got to the point where we could not trust them. Without trust you can't do business. Customer service 611 has no business being in business. Do you yourself a favor and save yourself a hardship and headache. Our days off work are valuable and they don't seem to care about that. One said to me we all have to work.

I showed up and explained to the rep that I needed my old number back and he was very short and rude. I then explained I had called in and was told to come here to change my sim card over. They rep told me he couldn't do it. I asked if he personally couldn't or the store couldn't and he said "I'm not working on their service, you can go down the road.". The entire interaction was short, rude, and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and find another phone company.
