This was regarding a misunderstanding that what I thought was an emergency call would be a non-charge since I was told my new home was under warranty. Evidently the issue was with Mid-American and not Tesdell Electric. Tesdell decided not to charge me for the service call after all. In the end, Tesdell proved that they are an honorable company. Sorry for the misunderstanding and I now would highly recommend Tesdell Electric. Honorable company with high standards. Tom Persinger

It is pretty bad when the owner of a Christian company proceeds to tell me, "this is how we get…read morepaid", when it comes at the expense of your own internal rep not expressing that i would be charged for the remote service at the beginning of the call instead of at the end of the remote service, b/c I certainly was not aware of the charge and I WOULD NEVER HAVE AUTHORIZED IT FOR SOMETHING THAT SIMPLE. I simply thought it would save time and b/c it was nothing major, I never thought I'd be charged. The tech even apologized to me for not explaining, up front, the charge but he says Dan makes them charge no matter what. Wait, wha, wha, what!!!?!?! And then I finally get a hold of ole' Dan who then 'doubles down' on we 'have to charge the fee' instead of eating the fee for his on tech's mistake. If Dan would've simply apologized and ate the fee, I would've still been a customer today but it was obviously more a matter of pride for Dan when I spoke with him over the phone instead of doing what was right b/c of their mistake. I wont be recommending anyone to this company and will let friends and family know they dont really care about customer service with Iowa P.C, only 'about getting paid!' AND BY THE WAY, THEY AINT CHEAP. PATHETIC!

My grandson also wanted a new phone so we had to go to a different location to obtain the iphone 17 . He paid $99 plus he traded in his iphone 15 also,I was expecting my monthly phone bill to be between $70- $110, with the 55 plus plan.I need to get as far away from T_Mobil as I can. Or be able to get on a plan that is affordable. I DO NOT have to be able to watch TV on my phone, i just need a phone plan that I can afford. Will that be possible?

I got the iowa attorney generals office involved, a rep called and apologized, then extorted more money out of me after I was told "yes, what you will pay pays off all devices and you're free and clear". Then it turns out what I paid did NOT pay off the phones, but some dumb bill they claimed I owed. I need up having to go back to the store MULTIPLE TIMES and pay MORE money, but never got a working phone. They lied multiple times, I paid over 1400$ for a phone that doesn't work, and I was told since i'm no longer a tmobile customer there is nothing they can do for a phone that THEY SOLD ME. Do NOT use tmobile.
