I went into Tmobile on Apache Trail Apache Junction and was immediately greeted tne promptly served by Samantha. I was desperate for help! I have an elderly brother who is on home hospice and lives alone. His only connection with the outside world is his computer with a giant screen and a land line phone as he is also legally blind. He knocked his modem off a desk and it broke. He cannot leave the house and I live 120 miles from him. Needless to say I was frantic. Samantha was very patient with me and gave me reassurance. each of the other members working took a moment to connect with me and were so pleasant. I have been a T-Mobile customer for over 10yrs, I have always had good service. Unfortunately at this location I did not. I came in to buy a new phone and was encountered with service Rep AUSTIN who was very unprofessional and uncaring to customers needs.As a service rep you are to provide outstanding customer service and attend to customer needs/ wants. He did not inform me of any information (phone price,storage,financing options etc) on the new iPhone I purchase didn't ask if I needed assistance setting it up or reviewing the phone with myself. He jut scanned the phone and said "alright you're all set bye". Austin shouldn't be in the customer service industry. read more

New staff and highly improved service! I have been to this location multiple times and always felt pressured into buying additional items and switching plans around. I never fully understood but the representative always promised a "good deal". I went in today and Destiney and the girl she was training were wonderful! Very honest with me and wanted to find the best options. I will gladly be returning to this location. read more

On 7-07-2022 I went to this store for a new phone. I was told that I was due for a free upgrade and my new phone would be free. While I was waiting for my new phone the staff member who was helping me began to bad mouth another employee to a coworker with customers in the store. I noticed 2 weeks ago that I was being charged for that "free new phone". I went back to speak to this staff member and she was very nasty and told me that I need to call customer service. Samsung Galxy S3, and I thought that maybe, just maybe, it was time to go ahead and upgrade. Well, I'm not a cell phone guru, so I thought that by going into the Tmobile store, I might find some information and assistance in selecting my next movil device. I came to this store shortly after Thanksgiving because I needed a new phone. All I came for was a phone nothing more, nothing less. The store was very busy. I was being helped by Michelle who asked me if I mind if she helps another employee who was new. I said I don't mind and started to look around the store because there was nowhere to sit. After I tell her what phone I want she told me to look at the cases and I get to choose between two types of cases that come with the phone. Keep in mind, I'm cheap and hate to pay retail when I can get accessories much cheaper from Amazon or eBay. I looked for the case I wanted. After about 30 minutes she is finally ready to halfway help me while still helping her "new" employee. I can't wait any longer while in the store and waiting for my phone to update. She did show me my options for what my payment would be for my phone ONLY. Fast forward to getting my first bill today and notice there is an extra $20 some odd dollars a month that I now have to pay on top of my new payment for my phone. I called today and spoke with a representative would told me Michelle would never say that something was free. I then spoke with the manager, Cody who told me the same thing and there may be a miscommunication. I told him that she only covered the payment of the phone with me. I informed him that I didn't know what was in the bag because I was expecting the packaging from the new phone to be in my bag. She just put the screen protector on so that must have been free too. So now I'm paying for about $145 worth of accessories that I didn't ask for and didn't know that I had besides the case and screen protector she told me to pick out. Moral of this story is check your receipt no matter how busy it is as well as your bag. Also do not step away from the counter because you never know what you just may be paying for. I thought I was only paying for the taxes for my phone but my monthly bill says different. Make sure that you are paying for what you asked for ONLY. I will NEVER recommend TMobile to anyone and this service was less than desirable. I'm not sure what steps to take from here so this is my first step. Employees cannot multi task, helping 1 customer for 30 plus minutes and don't even acknowledge others waiting. No sense of urgency. Came 3 times in 1 day and left every time frustrated after waiting for a while each time. Trying to spend money here and they apparently don't want it, management needs to take a look at this location and figure what can be different. My suggestion is either more staff or more more efficient staff. read more

I was insulted several times by the staff in this store. They were more than willing to sell me the phone a year ago and the protection plan. After telling them multiple times I didn't want it but felt pressured into it. Then when something actually goes wrong with my phone they refuse to help. They handled other customers poorly as well when i was waiting. Tmobile if this is how your company is run. This long time customer and his large family is out. read more
