In the course of a week and a half I made three phone calls totaling almost 4 hours and they all gave me different direction and then still couldn't fix the problem. That's my last ditch effort. I decided to go into a T-Mobile store even though I thought it was gonna take up a lot of my time. When I went in, they told me they'd be with me shortly. Less than two minutes later Aaiyhona came to see what I needed, got my information, verified. It was actually my account and then what about fixing the problem. It sounded like she had a good idea of what was happening, but then got another employee that seemed to be there much longer just to confirm that she was doing the right thing. Even after getting a second person to verify what she was doing, they still had me taken care of and out of the door in less than 12 minutes. I am thoroughly impressed by these two employees at this store. I won't be wasting my time with phone calls anymore. I will just head down to the store if I need assistance in the future

Keenan seemed very nice at first, but after I got home I realized he did not give me a bill, and the price I paid seemed to high. I went back the next day and stood in that store for over an HOUR, while he gave me ever excuse why he could not print my bill. When I finally saw it, I realized the screen protectors he just put on our new phones and said he was GIVING to us, he charged us for (we never even Asked for a screen protector). Also, and most importantly he totally added expensive perks and additions to our lines, without EVER even asking us!! The Verizon mobile protect was added to each line (at $19 per month) and NetFlix was added to my account (at $13 per month). I had to be persistent and fight to get that stuff taken off my account and get a credit. He just assumed I would walk away without checking and he would get his commission - or maybe sales metric as others have mentioned. Go to a Verizon Company store!! not this place!

I have used this perk before and am familiar with how it works. Instead of assisting me with my request, Keenan appeared to use my account to meet a sales metric. Rather than adding the second number perk correctly, Keenan added an entirely new line to my account and used my device's second IMEI so it appeared as a discounted second line, when in reality I only have one phone. In addition to this, he added multiple unwanted perks to my account (HBO bundle, Disney bundle) and a protection plan, effectively duplicating services for a phone I do not have. I was also charged a $40 activation fee, which he claimed his manager would waive, but it never was. As this was happening, I began receiving multiple emails from Verizon and questioned him in real time. He blamed the system for adding these unwanted features rather than taking responsibility. That evening, I spent over four hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to correct the issues. My bill had increased by over $100, and while support attempted to fix the errors, it caused further problems, including my cellular data not working. Verizon ultimately had to rebuild my account entirely. At that point, I gave up. This situation occurred because an employee prioritized meeting a metric over ethically helping a customer. As a result, I am now out of money and forced to deal with the consequences of an improperly set up account. I feel relief no longer being a Verizon customer, but this experience was unacceptable. Do better, Verizon.

Although they can diagnose issues, when they found a virus on my daughters they couldn't clean it off because they didn't have a program to do it. On my neighbors computer, she said she only used it for basic tasks but while they couldn't anything wrong with it beyond being slow because it was old, the guy there helping us said they could build her a custom one from scratch for about fifteen hundred bucks which would be great for gaming. She was there with me at the time and said she's in her seventies and doesn't game, so she doesn't need anything more than being able to pay bills online. He said but it's a deal because she can upgrade it as needed. I suggested she just get a basic laptop from Costco for a quarter the cost. Update: The local district manager reached out to me after I wrote my review this morning. He expressed concern over my review and we discussed the particulars of my visit so that he could discuss them with his team to ensure misunderstandings between store employees and customers are addressed appropriately in the future. It was nice that he reached out and didn't just ignore a complaint but actually treated me like a human being and listened to what I had to say, which isn't something you get a lot of anymore.

The guy who gave me the computers was extremely rude after i recommended they change thier opening times on line. His quote was "I am not apologizing for working my hours" I did not need to be treated so rudely so that is it for me. Their are plenty of techs out there who maybe have some ppl skills.

For key fobs, they will open and replace on the spot which is super nice, especially for folks who dont have tools or are not mechanically inclined. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange.
