My husband and I went here to get new phones. I haven't got a new phone in about 6 years so I was due. Jackie helped us out and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. We were immediately helped upon walking in the door. Jackie had our account up in seconds and knew exactly the steps needed to be done. We picked out our new phones and got the transfer process working quickly. We waited around until our key apps were all working. Husband had an issue when we got home with syncing up his Apple Watch. Note to self, unsync watch before getting new phone. He went back the next day to get it resolved. Jackie was great. I love my new phone. This review is in regards to this specific location as well as customer service via chat and phone through the T-Mobile app. In November 2025 my Apple Watch broke. After spending six-ish hours chatting with multiple customer service reps (had to chat multiple times bc the first representative misquoted me and that was a whole issue) and two hours in store in order to get a new watch. Fast forward to now (May 2026) I actually look at the details of my bill for this month, and I've been paying for two watch lines since November even though I only have one active watch and watch line. Customer service via the app also told me last month I would receive a $60 credit to my account for the many ongoing issues I've been having (spent 12hrs between customer support and in store help to upgrade my phone a couple months ago. I suppose I should check and make sure I'm not paying for an extra line for that, too) and have yet to receive that credit as well. Customer service reps said they cannot refund/credit me the full amount of: -Old watch line that shouldn't be active: $26 + tax/mo for six months ($156 + tax) -$60 credit from last month Total: $216 + tax. Been with this company since 2008, and as soon as my newest phone is paid off I will be leaving. If you don't enjoy crappy service, having to spend 2hrs+ with customer service to rectify issues just to have to spend another 2hrs to call them back because they didn't fix the issue the first time, and a lot of "oh sorry, the previous representative misspoke", TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE. read more

Every single time one of us doesn't have internet or cell service- the other one has 5 bars and t-mobile customer service always has a BS excuse like "there's a tool latency" "there's a tower being serviced in your area" "there's a blockage due to too crowded of an area where you are." F*** This! Our advice - you're better off getting a phone literally anywhere else!!!! So I gave these guys a good review actually a great review when I got my new iPhone 15 on google reviews and I won't change that. However, what often happens with T-mobile is they are selling you the plan so fast they misrepresent it. I don't think they do it intentionally or maliciously. I just don't think they had all the information and they guess at answers and give you the wrong information and that shouldn't happen. I signed up for the plan that increased my payment, but gave me free Wi-Fi on domestic flights, and gave me free Netflix with ads. I asked 10 times how you get the Wi-Fi on the domestic flights and how you get it isn't even remotely close to how it was described to me by the sales rep. He told me that you have to connect to Wi-Fi on the plane and make one Wi-Fi call and do all this Rigamarole and it's nothing like that. Secondly, I was told that when I got Netflix with ads free with T-Mobile it would be all the same Netflix , and I would have access to all the same shows and series, and that the only thing I would have to endure was ads occasionally. And as usual, the sales rep did not know what he was talking about. Of course the Netflix subscription with ads severely restricts the movies and shows you can watch making the subscription unpalatable because everything you want to watch is not available. I would highly suggest to the manager of the store that they train their reps to say "hold on, Let me check. I don't know the answer that question let me find out the right answer" and not just say what they think might be right. read more

I switched from spectrum (they did not want to retain 4 lines , even with a Christmas sale running their loss) I went to TMobile, I am happy with the equipment. Pixel 6, and porting the lines over , well semi happy, they were slow as hell. But what pisses me off is the lack of ANY EMPLOYEE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY FOR RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF. THEY, TMOBLE WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY OF MY OLD PHONE, TO THIS DAY IN FEBRUARY THEY STILL ARE BLOWING ME OFF , ignoring any attempt to right the wrong. I could name several names but that is low. The best way to say this is stay away from the Apple Valley T noble , it is the location on co 42 by Walmart. Here is the list that makes me, a former(retired) professional sales person, pissed off, They would not identify the store manager, a district manger , the company behind the phone pay on promotion, corporate contact (other than to say Google it) as the phones were in the middle of being ported at the time things went down hill I had no choice but to complete everything, but it will be a cold day in hell before I set foot in this shit show ever again. I will pay of my phone in record time and go to Ryan Reynolds company. I hope this i not a common practice by T-Mobile, their customer service sucks, their sales people only care about their commission, they do not match prices as their web sites state they will , this is a money grab store . I just posted a review of the train wreck that is the Eagan T-mobile store. Thankfull, the Apple Valley store, and specifically Brandon C., came to my rescue tonight. From my email to the store manager (which I have NEVER done before... that's how great service was with him).... ****** Just wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had tonight dealing with Brandon. After dealing with some incredibly unhelpful people at the Eagan Pilot Knob store, and running into issues with customer service over the phone, I called your store for help. Brandon answered the phone, and was helpful and reassuring that he could help me start new service with T-mobile after using Brightspot. I drove in shortly there after, and Brandon continued to provide subpurb customer service - he was exceptionally knowledgeable, funny, and walked me though any potential problems with porting service. Brandon is EXACTLY the type of person I would want to have assist me. He made sure that I had his card at the end, told me he would monitor the status of my number port tomorrow (when he isn't scheduled to work), and overall exceeded my expectations in every way. I will be sharing my expierence on Yelp as well, as the level of customer service provided by Brandon is a rare thing these days. Give that man a raise! ******* In other words, if I wasn't married, I probably would have tried to make out with Brandon. Just a class act. Go there, ask for him, and be impressed. read more

I was very disaapointed in the service we received at the Apple Valley T-mobile location. First, we called to discuss our warranty upgrade. The customer service representative gave the information and said we didn't need an appointment. We went to the store and waited about 20 minutes. Social distancing wasn't encouraged amongst the employees or the guests. There were children running around and touching all the phones. Also, there wasn't a limit on capacity for a small store and they kept letting people in. We waited 20 minutes for the manager and then he left us to help another customer. We had to wait for another 20 for him to come back. We tried to confirm that we were authorized users on the account and the manager kept saying no. He didn't assist in calling customer care and had us call them to confirm the information after all of that. Then we lost our spot and when we had other people travel to the store to help with authorization. They said they had another appointment and couldn't assist us. We left pretty furious at the poor customer service at this location. A lot of this experience could have been eliminated by having proper communication with your customers. And please practice social distance for everyone safety and sanitize your counter spaces after people use them! No visible hand sanitizer when I came into the store. I am pretty appaled about how this store handled the covid procedures. Please do better. read more

Worst customer service.. Went there on a Sunday when they weren't even busy trying to bring over SIX lines of service- was in the store for about 15 mins and not any of the two employees acknowledged us not even a "hey, be right with you" NOTHING at all. read more

Switched to T-Mobile recently and did it at this store. The representative was polite, charismatic and fairly knowledgeable of the phones and techy stuff. Explained the plan pretty well and was willing to validate my concerns with T-Mobiles service area and how often the calls dropped. He acknowledged it, explained the ways T-Mobile has made vast improvements made for. Better call and faster better data service/plans. Made some apparent sales pushes on certain devices, which I have done my homework about, but gave honest opinions about certain devices which was refreshing. I've only been there once based on where it's located amd out of my way, I would recommend this store based on my limited experience. read more
