I have taken 2 iPads to them (separate ones) for repair now, and in both circumstances they charged me a very reasonable rate, they finished the work ahead of the quoted time, they communicated rapidly and efficiently with me, and the work was 100% what I paid for. I think I have encountered 3-4 of their employees and each and everyone was polite and customer service orientated. I cannot recommend this place more!!!

The charger worked a TINY bit (like sometimes, if I had it positioned just right it would charge at the rate of about 10% per hour, but also just would stop charging randomly when it hadn't been touched. I called to see about the return policy which is apparently exchange only. They say this was posted but I certainly wasn't too that and there are so many posters and signs all over it doesn't surprise me that I missed it. When I called to find out what my options were the guy just kept telling me to come in and if it was damaged they would give me a new one, I said I wasn't sure I wanted to go through the bother of coming back (it's not that near me) in order to get another one that would probably be faulty too. He hung up on me. I do realize that they likely get scammed by people trying to return things and cheat them somehow, but I was very disappointed at every step of the experience. When I brought my laptop to him to be fixed and found out there was an extra part needed plus additional labor, he did not hesitate to tell me that buying a new laptop, while costing me more (and him missing out on my money), may be more beneficial to me. He could've easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge with computers and computer parts and let me just pay him to fix it. Also, he was very helpful in steering me in the right direction when I did make the decision to buy a new laptop. I have worked with these people for years and they are my go to. The inside of their store is clean and smells good. It is wheelchair accessible, has seating, TV, and drinks. They also sell computers and those are pretty well priced too and pretty new which come with a 90 day warranty. I have bought a (few) laptops from them and they are flawless. Older business laptops so they have the nicer features and faster performance with great build quality. All around great place and I highly recommend. Btw, something else I saw in a review about this place regarding them "paying for 5-Star reviews with store credit": They offer you 10 dollars of in store credit for accessories if you would leave a review based on how your experience was. That, at least for me, has been the experience every time. They don't ask for 5-Stars but rather reviews so they (and other people) can know how they are doing.
