I stopped by and waited a short time to speak to an associate. The store itself looks sparsely stocked, but I'll wager that there are shelves and racks of goods behind the storefront. The helpful person at GopherMods looked over the phone, gave me an estimate and added that I'd likely be replacing my screen as a result of the work. The quote I received was reasonable, but exceeded the value of the phone. Of course, the phone was paid off about a month before it started acting up! Still, that's no one's fault and I thanked the him for his time. If I ever have a problem that is less invasive or if I need an accessory for my phone (or even my tablet), I'll be back!

I have worked with these people for years and they are my go to. The inside of their store is clean and smells good. It is wheelchair accessible, has seating, TV, and drinks. They also sell computers and those are pretty well priced too and pretty new which come with a 90 day warranty. I have bought a (few) laptops from them and they are flawless. Older business laptops so they have the nicer features and faster performance with great build quality. All around great place and I highly recommend. I'd been looking for a tablet and had no experience with them at all. I am fairly computer Savey having been a software developer for 40+ years but tablets were something of a mystery to me. Jay & chatted for 15-20 minutes, talked about my needs and what I intended to use it for. Jay offered to send me some info on a couple of new tablets he knew about and could order. He also mentioned a different model available at the local "big box" store. I checked out his suggestions plus the big box option that he had mention and it turns out the big box store had a "just introduced" version of his suggested tablet that had a larger screen, more storage and a slightly better processor than his suggestions. Plus it was a few bucks cheaper. All in all I did end up getting the big box tablet but I really appreciated all of Jay's time and effort that he put in with helping me figure out what would work for me and the price range I would be looking at. I went back there the next day to show him the new tablet and got a screen protector from him. He was just the help I needed and did it even if it didn't earn him very much. Can't ask for better help than that. I'd go back to him in a heartbeat for anything he could help me with even if his price wasn't the lowest one!
