    I don't get to Best Buy nearly as often as I used to. I don't need as much, and I have to admit,…read morethe occasional cable or battery that I might need, I order from Amazon. On this trip, my son had purchased a portable hard drive and was there for a pickup. It was Black Friday. When we arrived, we were directed to a table. They had staff there asking for ID and getting the orders. It was pretty easy. The other thing that we looked at were some kitchen appliances. They had a decent selection, but unfortunately not the OTR microwave ovens that we had in mind. One interesting note. Many of the appliances were plugged in and powered up, and not in demo mode. This meant that the refrigerators and some of the chest freezers were cold. And even more alarming was that some of the ranges could be turned on and get very hot. Now in hindsight, I feel a little awkward and guilty that we left without telling anyone. Maybe someone will read this review.

    Best Buy used to be my go to store for appliances, technology, DVDs, CDs, office supplies, cell…read morephones, etc... They made a mistake in downsizing most of their stores. If you need a computer or printer cable they will have one. Usually one or 2 types for minimal selection and maybe only one or two of that item. When I needed an appliance I would head to Best Buy so that I could see it in person before buying. Open the doors and kick the tires. If they don't have the selection then people buy on Amazon. Sometimes you just need an item now and not in a few days. I have tried to purchase cell phone cases and Zagg screen protectors but they are usually out of stock of my items. I don't want to buy the phone and have it unprotected. Please restock the shelves and stores.

    This review is in regards to this specific location as well as customer service via chat and phone…read morethrough the T-Mobile app. In November 2025 my Apple Watch broke. After spending six-ish hours chatting with multiple customer service reps (had to chat multiple times bc the first representative misquoted me and that was a whole issue) and two hours in store in order to get a new watch. Fast forward to now (May 2026) I actually look at the details of my bill for this month, and I've been paying for two watch lines since November even though I only have one active watch and watch line. Customer service via the app also told me last month I would receive a $60 credit to my account for the many ongoing issues I've been having (spent 12hrs between customer support and in store help to upgrade my phone a couple months ago. I suppose I should check and make sure I'm not paying for an extra line for that, too) and have yet to receive that credit as well. Customer service reps said they cannot refund/credit me the full amount of: -Old watch line that shouldn't be active: $26 + tax/mo for six months ($156 + tax) -$60 credit from last month Total: $216 + tax. Been with this company since 2008, and as soon as my newest phone is paid off I will be leaving. If you don't enjoy crappy service, having to spend 2hrs+ with customer service to rectify issues just to have to spend another 2hrs to call them back because they didn't fix the issue the first time, and a lot of "oh sorry, the previous representative misspoke", TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

    My husband and I went here to get new phones. I haven't got a new phone in about 6 years so I was…read moredue. Jackie helped us out and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. We were immediately helped upon walking in the door. Jackie had our account up in seconds and knew exactly the steps needed to be done. We picked out our new phones and got the transfer process working quickly. We waited around until our key apps were all working. Husband had an issue when we got home with syncing up his Apple Watch. Note to self, unsync watch before getting new phone. He went back the next day to get it resolved. Jackie was great. I love my new phone. And, we got a couple of new pink umbrellas on our way out.
