This store has some of the most unprepared and unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. I honestly don't understand how they're still operating. I went in to make a payment of $140, and the staff member informed me there was a $5 fee. I agreed, which should have made the total $145. However, when she returned with my receipt, it showed only $135 had been applied. When I asked why the full amount wasn't processed, she simply said "oh." Then another staff member came over and told me I could give her the $5, and she would "hold it" until her supervisor arrived--at which point the supervisor would call me once it was added. I told her I needed a receipt because I wasn't about to just hand over cash with no proof, as that made no sense. Long story short, I ended up calling 611, and they credited me back the $5. But honestly, this was one of the most confusing and unprofessional experiences I've ever had. read more

I went to T-Mobile, on Little Road, Arlington, on Saturday. The manager attempted to help me to fix an email glitch & in the process, she completely managed to destroy all access to my e-mail, on my phone. Not only can I no longer access my Yahoo e-mail but she also uninstalled my browser & changed my back-up security options, so that I cannot access it on my home computer either. We were interrupted so many times, I know she wasn't focusing on my problem. She gave up after an hour & a half & said, so flippantly, "well, there are no more attempts allowed. You'll have to try tomorrow." I asked her, "will I be able to pull up my Yahoo emails?" She said, "you can create a Google account & use that". I told her no to Google. She said,"then create a new Yahoo account". I told her that I needed MY Yahoo & its files! She shrugged & walked away. She made me so ANGRY! My sister & I worked on it last night, but to no avail. More than 24 hours later, it still won't let me in. Now, I must pay Geek Squad to, hopefully, recover my Yahoo account. read more

Location in Arlington and was very please with the professionalism from Julian and Melissa. They were both very kind and patient with my situation and I'm glad they were able to get everything fixed. read more

Great service! This visit to this T-Mobile store has been the best since switching to T-Mobile nearly 5 years ago. I was helped by RJ Chennault who explained everything and set up a phone upgrade for my husband, applied screen protectors, drop protectors on both of our phones and set us up for 5G internet ( 15 day free trail)! The place is spot on clean and it looks like the team at this store work together well. I didn't have much time and in the past. we dreaded coming to the T-Mobile store for long waits and indifferent customer service. Not this time. Yay! It's a Saturday too. Great job, RJ! Customer service was so good that my husband will come on Monday. I highly suggest this store and RJ over any store in Arlington Texas. read more

I have been a T Mobile customer for almost 18 years. I live in Arizona but on Dec. 10th, 2021 I was in Arlington Texas and my phone died. I went to this location to get a new phone. I was told because of my longevity I qualified for a free Samsung watch. I was shown two and advised to select one which I did. On Dec. 27th I received an email advising me of my next payment. It was much higher than it should have been even accounting for the new phone. I live chatted with Garrett and was told I was being charged for the "free" watch plus a protection plan. I was assured the situation would be rectified within 72 hours. As of 12/31/21 it was not rectified. I called customer service and after a lengthy rehashing of the details I was told someone from the originating store would call me on the following Mon. or Tues. That did not happen. Again I called customer service on the 5th and engaged in another time consuming discussion. I explained (for the umpteenth time) all I wanted was not to be charged for the watch or protection plan or be allowed to return the watch to my local t Mobile. I was then contacted by the originating salesperson who said he tried to call earlier in the week which was a lie. He said someone would contact me in a day or two. At this point I had at least 6 hours spent on this mess. On the 8th I was once again contacted by this store and was told I would be credited for the watch by paying an additional $27 for 4 months (that does not sound like a credit to me) or I could return the watch to the originating store (1,000 miles away). I asked him to call my local store to see if I could return it there. The Manager rudely refused to do so. I have never in my 68 years experienced such poor customer service, rude treatment, and empty promises. This could have been resolved in one call. T Mobile should realize it is much cheaper to retain a loyal customer than attract a new one. STAY AWAY!!! read more
