Came here last night to set up a business account for a Router, so we can have free wi fi for our customers. I knew what I wanted when I arrived, as I did my research, so I expected maybe an hour and I would be done. Well, long story short, 2 and a hlf hours later I walked out. Not the stores fault, or Mark who helped (Even though this was the first time I think he set up a business account), but the process that Verizon puts you through to get set up on auto pay, is ridiculous. I'm appalled by the attitude, disrespect, and complete lack of help from this store. The store manager Drew Walton refused to assist me, dismissed my concerns, and then laughed about it with two employees, Arnesha and Darryl. After reading other reviews, it's clear this isn't new behavior. Instead of troubleshooting or processing the replacement, which the store is supposed to handle, he told me to call 611. When I called, the employees started arguing among themselves and still managed to place an order for the wrong phone within minutes, even though they kept insisting the store "doesn't do that." They were arguing back and forth about their Verizon experience on my phone. Not liking your job doesn't excuse treating customers this way. Unprofessional, unhelpful, and downright ghetto behavior. Go to any other Verizon store for service, and if you don't already have Verizon, don't even bother signing a contract with them. read more

I went to this store twice, both times Kamryn helped me. He was beyond amazing and took much time to help me both times. From now on I will ask for him! The first time was to look at upgrade options and the second time to get an order cancelled that I had placed by mistake and I couldnt fix on my own. We've been Verizon customers for over a decade and always receive wonderful customer service each time we've stopped in. Today's visit concerned my wife's Galaxy S8, somehow her screen had disappeared and gone black. It was such a simple fix, I felt like a dum dum after the associate used the slider at the top and brightened the screen. He was so nice and helpful. read more

First time, I was in this store customer service was about par for a Verizon store, I don't member the young lady who help me, She was very helpful however on this last visit, I walked in the guy didn't ask me for my account information and verify that I was a customer, I told him that my watch wasn't working and the first thing he proceeded to tell me was, if That if he couldn't get it, he was going to have me talk to tech-support, but I've been on tech-support for half the day and then again before he verified account information and that I was even a Verizon customer, asked me to unlock the watch and get out my phone and then proceeded to tell me that if he couldn't get it working, he was gonna have to get me to go to an Apple store, how about you try to get working and say nothing about my other options, I swear customer service is non Existent any more... Oh and yes I did not even give him a chance to fix it and just walked out and said you guys are useless...because why are you going to give me excuses before you've even tried to fix it... read more

I came in to trade my galaxy 7 for an I phone 7. I was able to preorder my iPhone and was told by thompjk that when I get my iPhone just to come to the store and give them the galaxy and they will give me a gift card for the trade in value. So I came in today to do as I was told, was helped by another rep and was told I am suppose to do the trade in online and will help me. he quoted me a price, he went online for the trade in and didn't even bother telling us it was for a lower price than what he told us. He Was about to complete the process so we had to stop him and ask him when he planned to tell us how much we would actually get from what he had told us. We talked to a manager and all she said is she can't do anything! Was beyond dissatisfied how there is no customer service in this store and all they care is to sell and over promise but never even try to do anything for a rep mistake!! was dealing with crooked people! This store needs new management new reps that are fully trained and provide customer service. Even McDonalds and Walmart do better than this!! read more

The sales people at this store convinced me to buy devices and services without being upfront about the fees associated with these devices and services. It wasn't until after I agreed to the terms that I was told about the sizable additional fees that I would be incurring for the next 2 years. I'm STILL paying fees for devices that broke a year ago. I have had verizon fios internet for many years, and have only recently learned just how communistic, and monopolistic they are. I can't use my own equipment( ie routers, modem), i have no other choices in Internet Service Providers (isp) in my area. I cannot use my X box One the way i want to. if you game- verizon will kill your abilities. they do not prioritize gaming data, nor let you have to ability to have equipment to prioritize....you are screwed. i talked to 20+ people, bought and returned 3+ pieces of equipment trying to circumnavigate reality...........................................VERIZON SUCKS. I have been to this store before, and they have been somewhat helpful in the past. But my mother and I just went in recently to upgrade to 2 new phones. The first time we went in, the wait was ridiculous. If the wait is always that long, hire more people. So we came back later in the week right when they opened. The guy that helped us was nice, and we got one phone and ordered another. My mother bought an add-on glass top screen for her phone which the sales associate put on the phone, but she started having terrible back pain (a chronic condition) while we were waiting, so we finished up quickly and left. She put the phone in her purse and there it stayed. Later that evening, she took it out and noticed a tiny chip in the side of the glass add-on screen (nothing in her purse could have done that). She called first thing the next day. The associate that helped us said that she could come back in the store and get it replaced. She does not live in Arlington, so it took a special trip to go back to the store. When she got there, the associate that originally helped her was not there, and the manager said that they would not replace the glass screen. In fact, she was not helpful or considerate at all. We will not be going back to this store. read more
