I made an appointment and was not seen for an entire hour even though there were 2 other employees…read morein the back. The appointment proceeded to take another 90 minutes and the employee helping us kept going into the back. I just don't understand why if I had an appointment that I was not seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. Horrible service. So many other people kept walking in and then left because nobody was helping them. Why are there so many employees just in the back room and not in the front store?

So, when I lost my phone this weekend in my home, I literally tore everything apart piece by piece by piece for two days.... so by the time I arrived at the Verizon store, I was up on the ledge.... That's when Julio Sauza put on his Batman cape and literally saved the situation. I am sure, as anyone who has been a Verizon customer knows, most people do find Verizon extremely frustrating, shady, and not customer friendly at all Combine that with the shock of what 48 hours plus without phone communication can due to an entire weekend. And that people who care about you ..love you ..will turn on you if they can't reach you.!!!? You can only guess, when I arrived at the Verizon store on Csmpus Boulevard in Ewing, I was literally a puddle of drama.... When I walked in, I was looking for a transfer code for my phone, so I could go back to T-Mobile ...BUT Julio stepped in, explained to me that he could activate my old iPhone 13 (which he did)... And, when I explained that Verizon had told me that I was basically out of luck with my 16 pro that never really works very well from day one, he assured me that I did have insurance on that phone and it would be replaced and provided the contact information to make that happen. In the face of my frustration, Julio remained calm, warm and the perfect example of what great customer care looks like.... Verizon definitely needs to pay this young man a lot more than whatever he's being paid, because he is able to keep a frustrated Verizon customer calm, fix her problems and then she finds out when she got home.....She never got the transfer code. WOW!!!

Yesterday she spent hours on the phone with corporate UPS arguing on my behalf to correct a transposed address on a highly insured, highly valuable package - something corporate UPS said could not be done. She really went to bat for me and successfully rectified the problem allowing me to locate and intercept the package at the UPS distribution center. Brought in an Amazon return. The return kiosk wasn't working. The owner (Mamta Patel) is never…read morefriendly but today was the last straw! Return was in a shipping box. I used these boxes for the last 20 years for shipping. First she refused the box. She stated return must be in a box. I replied it is a box. She stated it must be sealed. I said the label will seal it shut. The post office always accepts this box with label sealing it shut. Just give me the label and I'll seal it shut. Her response was: No, I will do it just this one time. Her tone and inflection was angry, defensive and demeaning. She knew she was in the wrong. It's always a hassle when we use her store. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

If I call for a question, I can count on their taking the time to get me an answer without rushing me off the phone. If I call with a problem, they resolve it without hesitation. We know PC Richards has great pricing. However, the Watchung store has customer service that cannot be matched. I give it five stars in every category. I live in New York now and still call my orders in to this store. They are that good. Kudos to the manager, salespeople and service people who have been serving customers with a smile for many years.
