I made an appointment and was not seen for an entire hour even though there were 2 other employees in the back. The appointment proceeded to take another 90 minutes and the employee helping us kept going into the back. I just don't understand why if I had an appointment that I was not seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment. Horrible service. So many other people kept walking in and then left because nobody was helping them. Why are there so many employees just in the back room and not in the front store? read more

I was in the market for an upgrade. Sean was very helpful and was upfront with how much my bill would be, and ordered my new phone right away. A few days later I got a text saying it was in, so I went back to the store. Dave helped me this time and told me about all the SWEET deals i was eligible for! He was patient with my thousands of questions and set my phone up for me. Plus, I got a new Verizon credit card and a FIOS appointment! This is why I've been a Verizon customer for over 22 years. I have visited this store a couple of times now. This time I was adding a line for my sister to use and to add a tablet for my use. The associate/salesman we were working with was named will. Our experience has been fantastic from start to finish Will was very friendly, well spoken and catered to our every need. At one point there was a technical issue with his computer system which he handled very well but he still managed to make out experience feel seamless . We decided to step out for 40 min to get lunch and by the time we got back everything was ready and waiting for us to take home. Again overall fantastic experience read more

I ordered a smartphone online and I used this store for my pick up. Says that phone was in stock and I would get an email when the order was ready. Couple hours later, no email so I call, the guy says "We dont have the color you want" so you do t call to tell me???? Ummm, no. Ok, so what can you do then, I can give you the color I have here so I said ok, will be there shortly. I get there and he says, I have to cancel ur previous order and charge u all over again how about, NOT! You aren't going to charge me again lol my point is, call the store that u want to pick the phone up at people and then place the order because they don't obviously update inventory too well!!!! This Verizon wireless location (aka We R Wireless) opened just a few months ago. It's nice and clean and conveniently located on the corner of Princeton Hightstown Road and Route 130 in East Windsor in a shall shopping center with a parking lot. The rep was able to address all my questions to confirm my move from TMobile to Verizon. The sales representative that helped us, Rubal Singh, was super helpful, not pushy, friendly, and got us in and out within a reasonable time considering we walked out with three new phones he had to transfer all the data over for. No complaints and I can't think of anything that would have made my experience better. He was knowledgeable about current promotions that we could take advantage of and genuinely seemed to want to be as helpful as possible. I would definitely go back and recommend going to Rubal for whatever you need. So far, we're super happy with our switch which was totally seemless but with better coverage on a better network. read more
