I have ONE word....HORRIBLE!!!! Never in my life have I dealt with such a cookie cutter customer…read moreservice team. Long story short ( if that's even possible) My husband and I want to change from Verizon to AT&T first mistake! After 2 hours at the Hazlet store because there were 5 phones we needed, we were told they would be mailed to us ..absolutely fine ...received a call that we would have to do it all over again fine another 2 hours on the phone. They said they would only be able to send 2 at first ( this was back in NOVEMBER 2023) I noticed a few transactions on my bank totaling over 800 Dollars! I made a few more calls finally got most of it back. Decided this is not a company I would like to do business with I canceled. They still owe me over 200 dollars and after countless calls where they all apologize and promise to fix it ....i can't believe this is still going on ...I do not want any more apologies from this company I just want MY MONEY BACK!! There is so much more to this but I think this paints a picture of What should have Never happened!!! Disgusted is not even close to how this feels! I can't even give them a 1 star! And this is between the Hazlet store and customer service on the phone

I've been a customer since 1997, and always pay my bills in full and on time. I spoke with a…read morerepresentative on the phone in late February 2020, who told me I should get a new phone, and the plan would be cheaper than my current plan. I specifically said I don't need another phone number, but the phone arrived, and it had a new number. I decided to return it. By then, the lockdown had started, so I couldn't return it to a store. AT&T sent me a Smart Label and I took the box to my Post Office. Since then, every single month, they've been charging me $30 a month to pay off the phone I returned. I call, dispute the bill, they knock off $30, then the next month, it's back. I've been talking to representatives every month about this, and most recently, they said if I don't pay the over $700 that remains on the phone (that I don't have) they'll turn the matter over to collection agencies, and cut off my service. I so regret ever agreeing to a new phone. (The rep said it would mean a better plan for less money per month? Wasn't true, as it turned out.) They say they never got the phone. I say I returned it, and there's a ton of case numbers attached to my account. I'm beyond frustrated. Always document every single thing you do -- I thought the USPS worker scanning the Smart Label meant it was all okay. Lesson learned. The moment this is resolved, I will be going with another carrier. 23 years of loyalty = nothing to them.
