Less than a "one" rating. Gabby, alleged manager, lied to me about my phone bill being $40 with everything included. No papers are given to you stating what you signed up for. Three days later, I get an email with my first bill and it is $50. I spoke with Gabby and the other lying girl who initially signed me up and they both denied I was only supposed to pay $40. I filed with the FCC and I got a $120 credit, that is, $10 a month for one year to reduce my bill to $40 for one year. I am going to use up this $120 credit and sign up with Consumer Cellular. I believe corporate America is going to become more extreme than it is now. Corporations teach their sales people to lie, scam, etc. Mix artificial intelligence into this scamming of honest citizens and we are in for a lot of trying to straighten out our accounts in the next few years. I went into T-Mobile in Hazlet today to upgrade my iPhone 11 to an iPhone 12. I was assisted by Calvin who was so helpful and kind making the process easy and quick. I would recommend anyone to go to T-Mobile and specifically ask for Calvin because of his top notch customer service skills and knowledge of the devices in the store. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star was because I felt the organization of the customers entering the store could have been set up better. No one approached me to put me on a wait list to be assisted until about 10-15 minutes after I was in there and other people who came in after me were assisted before I was though I had been waiting longer. Regardless, Calvin changed my entire attitude and made my phone switch as enjoyable as a trip to T-Mobile could be! Great sales rep and holds great conversation as well! read more

I honestly don't know where to start but to say don't go to this place. A complete rip-off. I purchased two phones on the phone with T-Mobile representative that was never delivered to me, so I went to this store. Spoke to manager, Anastas, he was told me he could help me with it no problem. I purchased a iPhone 15 and a 15 pro max phones at the store, I even got 2 Apple Watches. They had a promotion where you buy one phone get the other $700 off the second phone. He wrote down what my bill would be each month after credit, great. I get the first bill and I am being charged 100 more than I should be. I went back to store and told manager, Anastas, the bill was incorrect and he told me there was nothing he could do. Mind you when I told him this to him and he needs to fix it he completely laughed in my face. This is completely unacceptable, he could help set me up but couldn't help get me out of the shit he put through. He needs to be fired for unprofessional misconduct. After 16 years of being with T-Mobile I will be taking my services elsewhere. read more

Long wait. I get the long wait. But. They don't acknowledge the fact that you walk in. No hello. No hi. A normal business owner would have said something like, "we will be right with you." But none of that. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody wanted to acknowledge me or any new customer that walked in. Never have anything you need. Stay away from this place. read more

When it comes to sales, they are alright- but when it comes to complaints, they are the worst! Went to the location 3x, multiple phone calls and they just give you the run around, To begin with, the problem was caused by them since they gave the wrong promo. Manager was always not available and associates take your info down to pass along but don't really relay that message. read more

Walked into this location for the second time yesterday (first experance was just as bad) 9-18-14 at 630pm wated online for 37 min before myself and 3 other people turned arround and walked out . My husband was lied to regarding store exchange policy in an effort to get him to buy a $700 phone. It was my Mother's Day gift. When we went to exchange for another color we were told what he "thinks" he heard was wrong and it would be an extra $50 to exchange color. He was told that if the box was unopened there would not be a fee. The box was unopened and the store associate opened it to exchange it. I returned completely, paying $50 restocking fee and will be switching carries. Who need crappy cellular service along with crappy customer service. Buyer beware and this store. read more
