First one was bad, so they replaced it with a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7. It arrived days later and guess what, same problems, skipping letters, putting the letter P into words, you have to hard press to get the letter to type, and several other issues. So I contact Verizon for the third time and I was told that sure the would send me a Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. That phone never arrived. I contact them again today and they are going to replace it with a Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 th as t (there is an example of what my phone does from just trying to type that). Anyhow I am getting a replacement with the same piece of crap phone refurbished. They tell me all about policy, yada yada. Well MY POLICY IS SIMPLE 1.) Treat a customer who has been a customer for 13 years like THEY MATTER! 2.) If a customer comes to you for a third time for the same issues, take good care of them and MAKE IT RIGHT. I certainly hope they do not send the same phone with the same problems. The customer service manager said I had no option other than to accept another REFURBISHED Galaxy Z Flip 7. Maybe it's time to see if TMobile or ATT.

I really wanted to upgrade to the new iPhone 17 Pro Max, but it really doesn't make sense and she talked me out of it. I also had an Apple Watch well three of them that were connected to an old phone and the wrong watch and I needed it reconnected to a new phone. She spent all the time with me that I needed to get out working she made sure it was working took her time we chatted. She was absolutely brilliant and had other people waiting but she took her time and worked with me. She was great thank you Michaela. It was great working with you.

Got…read morethe equipment relatively quickly, setup and figured out it did not meet my telecommuting needs and called to cancel the day after getting equipment. support person on the phone said the account was cancelled and emailed me a shipping label to return equipment. Mailed everything back tracking shows it was delivered in Texas and received by Tmobile. About a month later I get charged a $50 monthly charge, I call support and another person tells me the a ccount is cancelled and I'll be refunded the $50 that was accidentally charged. now several months later I get a collections notice saying I owe $87. after calling collections and no help from phone support at Tmobile I am instructed to drive to a physical store the kind in store rep. selfies my ID and has to call the Tmobile mothership for help, then puts me on the phone with another person who can't help at all and says they've put it in the system and I should get an email within 2 weeks but is completely unable to give me any documentation of the phone discussion at the time of this in store phone call. I am still waiting for any kind of update. i recommend running the other direction when it comes to Tmobile, I'm happy to update this when the issue is resolved, but I'm not optimistic based on experience so far.

This guy is awesome. I brought in my iPhone SE with a cracked screen (previously replaced by…read moreBatteries Plus). He told me he was out of the black color but would have some the next day. I came back the next day and he knocked it out in about 15 minutes while I waited and didn't ask for anything like a three hour window and my password (batteries plus). The quality difference in the two pieces of glass were glaring, his attention to detail is second to none, his pricing is more than reasonable, and my phone is as good as when I walked out of the Apple store with it originally. I was told that 2 separate submissions needed to be sent in after I spoke with ATT rewards center. I have screen shots showing the rep I was speaking with saying I only needed to submit 1. Both lines were shown on the final bill I submitted and I was told that would be ok. Apparently that is not true so I am now out $600! Thanks ATT for not seeing that this was a mishap on your end and not upholding your word/promise to me as a customer. After my contract is over I will be going elsewhere. Do better! You should have acknowledged that YOU all were wrong in the misinformation I was provided from your customer service center.

They used to have a massive inventory, but sadly, I think a lot of people are switching to downloadable media rather than physical copies, so I think the foot-traffic has declined quite a bit, so they've had to reduce their inventory. Still the best I've been to though. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and it's one of my happy places. They still good a selection of collectibles and of course games. The prices are good too. I always recommend to people to always purchase physical games, books, movies, etc because there's always the chance that they'll disappear if some licensing agreement runs out. I hope GameStop stays in business.

I just went in to look around but ended up dropping a few hundred bucks just in t-shirts, collectibles, and a couple of games .
