They want to make the customer happy and if you are dissatisfied with anything they will fix it. When they first applied the screen protector to my phone, it was very poorly done with bubbles and all. I wasn't happy with the state of it, and free of charge they applied a new one perfectly. They will get your repair right, and if not, just tell them! The quality of repairs is definitely not Apple level and could be better (took 2 attempts to put on screen protector) but for the cost it is very fair. Scheduling with them was easy and was less than a day wait. Recommended if you frequent this Walmart.

"It is required in case you are mailing a bomb or something." She said it was required and I couldn't mail if I didn't do it. Interesting that this is not required at USPS. I walked over to Rachel and i have to say, in times past my experiences with getting glasses hasn't been the best it has been left to me to decide what i wanted and well, it never went well Rachel insisted she could help me find something that looked good on me, and that's exactly what she did. She took all the time i wanted and had about 15 pair that we narrowed down to 3 and i made a final decision on a pair, (pictured). The total I was going to be charged for one pair of glasses + lenses (with anti glare and wide field progressive lens) would have been nearly $500.00 ($489.98). I asked for a print out of that quote as I believed it was extremely high. I was told one could not be printed out. However, the employee wrote the price and style down on a business card. I took my prescription and went to EYEMART in Riverdale, Ut. The exact same lens with frames of the same price, and quality, or very close to the same, was 1/2 the price and would be done a week sooner and with a better warranty (two years instead of one). Furthermore, I was able to buy a pair of sunglasses with the same lens for just a few dollars more (both pairs are the same price as one pair at SHOPKO Optical). After this experience I will NOT spend my time or money at SHOPKO Optical.
