If I could give 10 stars I would. I bought several items from an estate action and this UPS store wrapped an sent the Items to Austin, TX. Each item was vintage and breakable. They wrapped each item into a bubble wrap ball and then packed each box so they didn't touch the sides. A+ I get lot of items through Auction for resell and this is the first, best packagers I have had from many states. Great Customer service when I called. Thank you so much. read more

I've had great experiences with this place except for tonight 3/14... I walked to the door and a woman was sweeping the floor. I opened the door and she got upset and threw her hands and yelled to her coworker (mind you it was still 2 hours before closing) When I asked her if I needed to have my Amazon package already taped she said "well if you would read the directions you would know". I showed her my QR code and she complained that it was "too small" for her to scan. Such an obnoxious person who obviously has 0 social skills. hopefully she can grow up someday... read more

When you tell someone to ship the cheapest way possible then they charge you $45 dollars without explanation to pack your items, seems pretty shady. I lost money on by shipping with UPS. Never again!!!. P.s. I even went back in 5 minutes later asking to explain the fees and when they told me what they were for I asked for a refund and my items back. They told me too late. I've been a customer here for many years and I'd like to recognize the entire staff at this location for their customer service. Unfortunately due to COVID, every business has suffered from staffing and logistical issues and because of this I give the business the benefit of the doubt. Extremely rude woman working at the cranberry ups store today (6/22) at 1230pm. She never made eye contact with me the entire time and when I said I wasn't sure how the amazon return process worked she still didn't explain it to me and said I need a code. I finally found it and then she printed a label and handed it to me with NO instruction. I confronted her and she said what do you want I gave you the receipt. Unreal. The staff at this store is always very efficient and helpful. If they were trying to improve, they would do so by being more friendly. On my recent visit I was really surprised the employee was given a written address in cursive that any Catholic Sister would be proud of. This is the second time i am pissed off with the same lady and her customer service. I dont want to be rude, but her attitude was to just slump out money from customers pocket. I shipped a package which was little expensive. I understand that they have heavy insurance charges, but without even asking me or informing she adds insurance over $100. When i asked her initially she said the insurance is $8. Then i asked her the breakdown of the charges. Then she told me that $72 is your insurance charge and $28 is your ground shipping. I have to ask her three times and she keeps on interupting my questions without letting me even complete it. This will sound fun !!! I asked her to put one more tape on the box. She out two so far. But i wasnt satisfied as the box was too heavy. And yeah this was not the whole around wrap, it was just a tape on the top. She tells me that this is expensive tape and UPS pays about $5/roll. I was so pissed on her, but i asked her calmly to put one more for my satisfaction. And she sarcastically answered that she will charge me for that. Well UPS is nice service provider, but people like her ruin the business and then they have to worry about the cost of tape too !!! UPS cranberry store just lost me as a customer. I was at the Cranberry UPS Store this morning and had a terrible experience there. The customer service rep was terrible and not at all helpful. She was rude and would not accept my return per Amazon's instructions. And Amazon pays them, right??? She was extremely rude even after I explained that I was not feeling well. She made me pay over $4.00 to buy packing tape to connect two very heavy boxes together. Nasty! She needs a class regarding how to provide proper customer service. Do disgusting. I hope her supervisor reads this. read more

This location is the absolute worst in customer service. The woman behind the counter is rude and extremely condescending. I will not mention her name specifically but I have had two encounters with this same woman within a month of each other and she was condescending both times, and this last visit I listened to her very rudely tell the elderly woman in front of me how she has "been doing this job every day for a long time so she knows what she is doing". I was literally just disgusted by the way she treated that woman and then how she treated me, FOR THE SECOND TIME! I'm about certain I will never require a middle aged woman with outlandishly colored hair behind the counter at UPS to talk to me like I am beneath her. Cashier decided to get water instead of helping me and the line of people behind me. On her way back she fell and made a ton of god awful screams among other things (assuming she's definitely broke a bone or two). There was packages piled 7 feet high off the ground everywhere. Location needs to take care of their employees better she should not have to get water when there is people that need helped. Bad experience. read more

I ran into the UPS Store to drop off a package a couple weeks ago. Though I liked that there was no long line (like I would have experienced at the post office), the associate that helped me was a bit rude/odd. He didn't acknowledge my presence until I said hello to him and just gave me a funny look. Took a box in to return to HSN and she kept yelling I didn't have shipping label, which I had label that HSN provided. Used for shipping 4 large boxes (1 insured) for my son moving to California. Stopped in for an estimate, and got thoughtful good advice on how to proceed. Followed instructions, and am very pleased with whole procedure. Employees very helpful, estimate was actually higher than actual cost. This store is gonna be sued. i won some auction items in april 2015, they quoted me nearly $2,000 to ship i asked please box up smaller boxes and mail to me. They took 30 days to start shipping and now august 90 days later they tell me they threw the rest of my thinks out or donated them to a church!!. they never called me they just discarded my auction items, the owner told me to sue him instead of helping me. thats just what i intend to do. Even jessie their employee told me if i gave him the display cases i won he would give me a great deal on the shipping the rest of my items. i said hell no ship my stuff. they did finally but not the cases they gave them away so they say. It took 4 calls to the owner to return my call. I have no choice to sue them and for the replacement value of the items they gave away after me waiting 90 days to receive them. this place need to be investigated shame on the owner Mr, happyside. read more

The employees at this location are so helpful. They are very knowledgeble and very helpful. If I am walking in with a heavy box or multiple boxes they will assist me carrying them in. I have never had a complaint about a box that I have sent and they always arrive on time. It is such a benefit to have all my "sent to" addresses stored in their computer which definitely adds to the speed of this process. This store is by far the best UPS location I have ever utilized. read more
