I was on hold for a half hour before someone picked up to tell me he would call me and never did. I called back only to be on hold for over an hour and no one ever picked up. Horrible customer service. Sorry doesn't cut it.

My calls to the store would simply ring and no answer with a recording saying the voice mailbox was full. I drive to the store, park out front and take in the activity. Two customer service representatives are at the counter, with one representative helping the only customer in the store. The other representative sitting on his can. I call the store again. Again, no one answers the phone. I go inside the store to find out why no one answers the phone. Mr. Sitting on His Can replies he just got back from being out of the store for a few days and isn't up to date on the subject. He asks his co-worker what's up with the phones and he replies he doesn't know with a smirk. I ask for the store manager. Mr. Smirk mumbles to Mr. Sitting on His Can "he needs to pack it up and get out of here." The manager finally comes out from the back. I ask her why the phones are not being answered. She replies she was ordered not to answer them and to only focus on customers inside the store. She also tells me the previous manager left without leaving the access code to the store voice mailbox. Apparently this situation had been going on for a while. I asked her, at worst, why haven't you simply changed your store phone number and set up a new voice mail account?! Or, got on the phone with the voice mailbox provider and explain the situation? I asked her how many AT&T customers are being inconvenienced by your voice mailbox problem including me? How many new sales do you think you have lost so far? Is this how you run a business? Especially a business that sells communication services and equipment? Her response; "so what's your point?"

My cellphone that I've had for 5 years broke, so I went to the Sprint by Adcomm Digitel Store in Charles Town, WV to get a new one complete with a new 2 year agreement. I initially got an Iphone 5 for $200.00, which proved to be defective, i.e dropping all my calls, not receiving an internet signal and just generally unusable aside from turning on and looking nice. I contacted this Sprint Store and was advised that I would have to pay a $35.00 "restocking fee" to trade the phone in within 14. I saw no reason why I should have to pay a restocking fee for a defective phone. After debating the issue with the rude sales reps, unresponsive manager and spending over an hour in the store, I left with a new Galaxy Note 2 paying the $100.00 difference for the phone and restocking fee waived. The Note 2 worked perfectly for two days and then developed a bunch of glitches in the software and with the SPen. After the treatment I recieved at the Adcomm Digitel Sprint store, I tried to take the matter of the second defective phone up with Sprint directly. After getting the run around, the conclusion was reached that if I wanted my defective Note 2 replaced with a new Note 2, I would have to return to point of sale. I called the store manager at the Adcomm Digitel Store and explained the problem. He rudely told me that he would do nothing for me and to use my insurance to get a refurbished replacement. I tried to reason with him about the fact that he sold me a $300.00 defective phone and should replace it with a new one in the name of good customer service. All I got from him was the regional manager's email address. I contacted the regional manager by email as soon as I hung up the phone and still have not received a response from him. I will never purchase another thing from this store again and I am seriously considering leaving Sprint due to this problem.

They said yes - Speaker brought in and 69.00 Diagnostic Fee paid - the were very efficient in determining My amplifier component was Blown -- They said I would need to pay for the replacement component up front and I authorized payment for "new amp " via credit card via textual and phone communication . I specifically told the Manager that I wanted Electrovoice OEM replacement components- They said no problem and speaker would be ready in approx 2 weeks . Segway -- 3 months later - they said delay was that they Did not have a Technician on Staff and job was on hold till they could find a replacement technician. I became somewhat suspicious when the manager kept trying to sell me on idea of getting a custom replacement speaker -- Told him , No Thank you sir-- Then he tells me That the future for investing was Cryptocurrency and they had a on site Bitcoin Vending Machine - that worked by digital payment . I told him I was Not interested and we needed to focus on the task of repairing my speaker. I had made multiple calls over the summer to check on the status . The Manager would not return my calls by text nor cellphone conversation. However, when I utilized someone else's phone with a different # , he would pick up the phone and answer promptly . I went there to see WTF was going on . He assured me that it was a labor issue . He needed more time. Long story short - he has some ? " Technician" "complete the repair" . I go to pick it up and notice that there is an aftermarket Brand Amp ... I said this was not what we agreed on . He stated when the initial tech ordered replacement OEM amp - it did not fit I said to him- that he did not order the correct Mfg OEM Why ? Because I personally called Electro voice in Greer SC and gave them the serial number and part numbers on back of matching speaker. They verified they had exact replacement and also offer a factory revamp and repair of my unit . I thought one stop connect would be a faster and effective solution I was totally Fooled by this Con artist -- I now have a speaker with incorrect bootleg part that still doesn't function properly -- I called to ask for refund and I would return the Bootleg amp . The manager has now moved the business ( He said that something unforeseen had occurred and they were in the process of relocating to Herndon). He has stood me up with more excuses beyond reasonable and professional consideration I have been more than patient - trying to give the guy a break ( that was my Mistake ) He refuses to answer my call . I would like notify the Police but this is a Civil Matter -- I would not let these people change a light bulb in my flashlight -- This Business is unethical , unprofessional and totally inept .
