He took care of multiple customers all at once, moving back and forth, keeping a smile, super nice attitude and did the best he could for all of us. I left at 5 pm and he was still going, still smiling, still caring, still giving superior customer service. Today is Friday, 10/17, so management will know who I mean. Because of our location we struggled with service issues that eventually led us to switch to business class cable once it became available at our site. I just want to say that MegaPath tried very hard to resolve and mitigate the problems we experienced. Brought it back to store with receipt 8 days after delivery of the product and I was denied an exchange. The return poly states "If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, let us help you with a replacement, return or repair." Asked to speak to manager but he was unavailable. I was told he would reach back to me but is now a week later and I have not heard back from the manager or any associate. I would not recommend buying anything from them as they don't honor their policies. Update: The manager contacted me and explained that when the case was ordered from the other location the sale was considered a "final sale" and since this was not explained to me at the moment of purchase he gave me the option to go into the Sterling location and do an exchange of equal value. I appreciate that, although late, the business did come through for us.
