Went in to help a relative upgrade their iPhone. Was assisted by Diego who seemed really nice and helpful but turned out to be a deceitful liar. He told us that their printer wasn't working so he couldn't give us a printed receipt. After getting home, I checked the PDF receipt online only to find out that Diego had added a USB-C charging block without telling us, and he didn't give it to us either. We went back to the store and there was no apology. He pretended like he forgot to give it to us and said that the system automatically adds the charger block to the order. That was a blatant lie. Also, when processing the return, I noticed he had a printout of the receipt in his hand. Oh, so the printer works now, huh? We tried to get a refund to the credit card but they said it wasn't giving them that option and that they could only do a bill credit. Another guy who I think was the person in charge at the time processed it, and I was able to confirm later that night that the credit went through, but the tax hadn't been refunded. Went online and messaged T-Force (T-Mobile's higher tier online support) on FB Messenger where they confirmed that the system does NOT automatically add accessories to an order like Diego had explained. They also said that they could not see anything on their end that would have prevented the refund to the credit card, unless it was a local issue. My guess is that they wanted to do a "courtesy credit" instead so that they can keep the accessory sales commission. The T-Force rep refunded the tax for us and I was also able to get them to waive the $35 DCC fee too considering the bad in-store experience we had. Be very careful at this location and make sure to check your receipts to confirm that they did not add anything you didn't ask for. It's likely all the employees at the store use these tactics to trick unsuspecting customers since the manager-like guy seemed to be in on it. read more

they wouldn't accept our warranty,we're basically paying the warranty for nothing,we went in to exchange and get new phones to replace the ones we currently have,and you can't get your phone problem solved if there's any damage to the phone whether it's internal or external...it doesn't sound right,right? you pay for warranty to get your phone problem solved,we didn't get that at all,not good at all. read more

This store definitely has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They are worth the drive if you have an issue or ever need help with any divice. I have been to other stores where I was ignored or they messed up during the setup of my device or lost all of my information from my phone. It's frustrating when you're dealing with customer service people who don't know what they're doing. But you won't have to deal with that here. I love this location so much! I recently went in to get a new cell phone for me and my daughter and from the time we got there to the time we left it was all smiles. The lady that helped us was so nice and personable. Her name is Samira and she was patient with us while we decided on phones we wanted to get. She was also very knowledgeable, she gave us pros and cons of the phones to help us decide based on how we use our phone. Now this is what blew my mind, before we left the store she looked at our current plan and she said your gonna love me. I was like why and she said I'm gonna save you some money every month! She hooked us up with the latest plan and my bill is now $40 lesser than what I was paying every month! I recommend this location to anyone who wants to be treated awesome, all the staff there is great! read more

They are so nice they switched us to a different mobile plan so we could pay less and we got more data instead of 5gb or 3gb we got 10gb just because of the new plan also usally accessories for your phone at T-Mobile or any phone place their accessories cost alot but if you get 70 $ worth of accessories you can pay them of by paying like 2$ a month for like a case or bluethooth headphones but over all we ended up we saved 40$ read more
