Our PlayStation 3 is one of the older ones that are backwards compatible, which they do not make anymore. It would have cost more to buy a used or refurbished one and it would not have been as good as the one we have. Game Stop referred us to this place and we are really glad that they did. This man is knowledgeable, fast and charges a fair price. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a game console repaired.

I received a call 3 days later stating my tv was unable to be fixed due to an internal crack( when I picked my tv up it was an external crack). I explained to him my tv was working fine when I dropped it off, my cable port is what was getting fixed. He continued to say it was nothing he can do and he didn't do anything wrong but my tv now has a crack across it that wasn't there when he accepted it. I asked for the owner and he said he didn't know how to get in touch with him, then later on in the conversation say he was the owner. This is an expensive 65in television that now has a crack going across it. This guy does not want to take accountability for what he has done. Do not take your business here, he will break your item and act like he didn't do it. Really is disappointing to see this is a black man. So much for supporting your people.

Prescription bottles on the counter and half eaten lunch with wrapper... WTF? Is this a professional establishment? Customers' records exposed to the plain sight. I took a picture and blurred out the details. There are plenty of Feng Shui paraphernalia on the counter. Aw. My. Gawd. What a giant mess. My VCR was of course unrepairable. It cost $80 to check out. I was quoted with a price that was higher than the cost of a working unit and there was no guarantee if it will last. I was okay to let go.
