Was told by Jake the manager we would be getting 700 for our trade ins. When I brought them back a couple days later to turn in I was told by Ariel that I was only getting 350. There now has been several discrepancies in my bill. I thought my bill was going down but it has now gone up. I really didn't care for the watch after using it . There were many things I didn't like about it. Battery life and privacy issues. I thought as a consumer you had 30 days to return but Att only allows 14 days? However if I had a buisness account I would be allowed 30 to 60 days for a return. So now I am stuck with a watch I won't use. I'm really done with Att and I really wished I would of never went to this store. It has been nothing but a headache

This store is strictly to sell Verizon products - Our employee went in there to get see about repair on a broken I Phone - He walked out with a new IPhone and watch. Changed our bill - they took the remaining balance on his "broken" IPhone and put it on another employee phone - When I went in there to return everything - they said it would be a be a $50.00 per device "return" fee - When I asked where that was in writing they said you had to go to their website and read the fine print. They advised I would get a shipping label in the mail in 3-5 days - Guess what it never came - I had to go to Corporate store and they printed me one out on the spot - All of this could have been avoided if they just told him to call Asurion and for $ 99.00 he would get a refurbished phone (which is what we did) Today I have spent over 60 minutes on the phone with Verizon Customer Service trying to get the bill straighten out, because the store never did that either. Avoid this store at all costs
