Spent 4 hours on a Sunday and still had to leave without all of her apps loaded. Go somewhere else if you want competent people to service you. Having been a Verizon customer for over a decade I can say this was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. Then they called me 4 days later telling me they forgot to charge tax on our upgrade and if we didn't come back to the store and pay up they would shut off our phone. I sent an hour on with corporate discussing the issue. Corporate was much more interested in making this right. I will never step foot in that store again.

He then pointed to an intern whom he advised was an intern who had absolutely no authority whatsoever, and, consequently, there was no point in talking to her. I am on a business account with my nephew's business, and, after advising this impressive Verizon employee (8 years of experience he informed me) )immediately advised me that he was not authorized to communicate with me. He then turns his back to me, walks away, and telephones my nephew. My nephew and I were not impressed. I then grabbed my phone(my problem was a crack in the front cover) and left the store. Verizon simply must not be interested in over-the-counter business in small retail. Absolutely disturbing.

Interaction #2: Even though there were no other customers in the store, the manager was annoyed to answer my questions and said I should call customer service instead of bringing my questions there. He passed me off to another (more pleasant) employee, left the store, and returned smelling strongly of marijuana. He then stood by and oversaw further mistaken adjustments to my account without noticing I was on the wrong plan for my situation. Interaction 3: The manager refused to take any responsibility for incorrect information given out by his employees and that he did not notice. He offered no assistance. He was rude and raised his voice. Resorting to phone customer service finally, I was only refunded $150 of $300. My advice: Go to any other Verizon location, not this one, or dial 611 for customer service rather than deal with incompetence and unpleasantness. Verizon should find a non-customer facing role for this current manager, train his much more pleasant employees so that they have correct information, and promote one of them into his position instead.

Tonight we went to pick it up and he was told my phone was sent to the Stow store to be fixed because they could not fix it. The reason he went in to pick get it, was because I broke my foot today and he did not want me walking on it and he was the one that dropped it off. He proceeded to come out to the truck and get me and when I, "the white woman" walked back into the store, all of sudden my phone was there and fixed, within 2 seconds. They literally lied to my husband about the phone. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. This is why a lot of unnecessary racism crimes happen. My husband was very highly frustrated and upset, felt disgraces, discriminated, everything!!! He did not want me walking on my injured foot and then got lied to for no reason! I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I gave him a working phone with a small crack in the screen and he has me a "repaired" screen that had no touch capability. His solution was to give me my old, cracked screen, to which he then shattered, putting back on. It's worse now than it was when I originally gave it to him and the response was a should shrug and 'sorry 'bout your luck.' DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE.
