This store is strictly to sell Verizon products - Our employee went in there to get see about repair on a broken I Phone - He walked out with a new IPhone and watch. Changed our bill - they took the remaining balance on his "broken" IPhone and put it on another employee phone - When I went in there to return everything - they said it would be a be a $50.00 per device "return" fee - When I asked where that was in writing they said you had to go to their website and read the fine print. They advised I would get a shipping label in the mail in 3-5 days - Guess what it never came - I had to go to Corporate store and they printed me one out on the spot - All of this could have been avoided if they just told him to call Asurion and for $ 99.00 he would get a refurbished phone (which is what we did) Today I have spent over 60 minutes on the phone with Verizon Customer Service trying to get the bill straighten out, because the store never did that either. Went to the store because me and my family have been having issues with our line. My husband called…read morethe day before to try to handle it over the phone and the associate over the phone was rude and unhelpful, stating he needed my husband to go in store to help him with account issues. News flash you only need the phone for tech support our account can be accessed by any device with wifi. So theres lesson one for the verizon professionals. So i went into the store and when i had mentioned my husband called a sales associate name Hunter immediately told me that my husband could be a little nicer on the phone and refused to help me as well. So now im going to Tmobile because I dont understand how a business expects to keep a customer they wont help. Especially for $200/month for 2 of the top service lines you can pay for.

Spent 4 hours on a Sunday and still had to leave without all of her apps loaded. Go somewhere else if you want competent people to service you. Having been a Verizon customer for over a decade I can say this was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. Then they called me 4 days later telling me they forgot to charge tax on our upgrade and if we didn't come back to the store and pay up they would shut off our phone. I sent an hour on with corporate discussing the issue. Corporate was much more interested in making this right. I will never step foot in that store again.
