The only complaint I had today is about the red headed young girl who was doing the glasses . I was going to sit my 2 year old in the chair to put his shoes on and her tone was a little off about us needing to sit to the side. But she may not have had a good day or something. I hope our next meeting goes better and if she was having a bad day, it got better.

They took their time and made sure you were happy with your choices. But beyond that, my spouse had a serious eye condition. He has been to several optometrists over the years and told he had holes in his retinas but was never told it was important to have it checked beyond an eye exam. Family Eye Center did not just pass him off. They schedule him to see a specialist where he found out one of the holes was leaking. If he had waited much longer he could have lost vision in that eye. My iPhone was inadvertently disabled over the weekend. Since I ORIGINALLY purchased the iPhone at your Verizon, I went to your store's location to see if there was a way to resolve the situation without losing any data/information on it. Before arriving, I knew that the most likely solution would be to sync the phone to my computer and restore it back to factory defaults. Upon arrival around 4:00 p.m., there was only one other customer in the store being helped by another representative. Thus; I approached R... to my left. I briefly described my situation. She looked at me and said someone would be with me in 20 minutes or so. I was somewhat surprised by the wait time, as she had no one in front of her and she was simply reading on a tablet or phone. She then approached me about 20 minutes later, and I once again described the above scenario. She confirmed there was no way to work around the situation and I had to restore the phone back to factory defaults. She had no desire to help me and mentioned there would be a fee of $20 if she assisted me. I politely asked what the fee was for, as the main Verizon store has never charged me for help. She sarcastically replied "it's for my time." I said I understood, as I had had my computer and would like to try to fix the issue myself. She said nothing and went back to reading on her tablet or phone. (There were no other customers in the store behind me.) I politely asked if I needed wireless access during the process. She appallingly looked at me and stated "no". I got to a point where I did need access. I asked (in a respectful manner) if I could gain guest access to your wireless connection. In a very disdainful way-she walked to my computer, turned it around, put in the password, and frustratingly walked away. I finished the process totally humiliated. My family has purchased 5-6 iPhones from your location. I can honestly say we will NEVER be back again. In fact, I went to the main Verizon location that next day and purchased an iPhone XS Max for $1250, and spent more on accessories. My husband will be getting the same phone soon, but we agreed we will only use the main location due to the way I was treated by R. . Furthermore, I will go online and state the very poor experience I had your store, and the wonderful experience I had at the main location. So a whole day went by. On visit two, I asked when it could be done, (keep in mind historically it has been same day service, maybe two to three hours) the attendant told me tomorrow after noon. I went to leave. Then he said 9pm. Again not the service I need. I went to leave again. He didn't realize that I was not able to wait that long. Alleged, it will be done around 3p. Six hours after drop off, but still same day... so we will see. Also, since it's next to the cape shop, the whole laundry smells like weed. Maybe that's your thing, but it's not mine. The parking lot is also a hot mess most days. Again. Vape shop issue. Pack your patience for the parking lot, and a mask if you're gonna go here, unless you like to get a wee high while doing your laundry, in which case this could be a perfect fit!

The woman who pinned it informed me only after writing my receipt that she was not the actual seamstress, and that the seamstress would be taking a vacation between the time I dropped it off and wanted to pick it up. I would not have the dress in time for thanksgiving (when I needed it for,) so surely the day or two after, I thought. Wrong. She quoted me the 29th, TWELVE days after the drop-off date. That is obscene for such a simple job. If the shop was really that swamped with work, she should have informed me before taking my garment. Furthermore, the shop is only open for a very short window on Saturdays, and not at all on Sundays, so I went to pick up my dress the following Monday (today.) The posted hours day the shop opens at 09:00, and I waited in the parking lot until 09:38 until someone came to open it. Absolutely the worst service ever, would not recommend to anyone. **UPDATE** after getting my dress back (unhemmed) I sat in my car in the parking lot writing this review and calling around to every alteration/tailoring shop in Enterprise, Dothan and Ozark to see if anyone could hem it as a rush order. It took me nearly 30 minutes, and the ENTIRE time I could see the woman through the window (presumably Kim, although I never got her name. Middle aged Asian woman) sitting with her legs crossed sipping tea/coffee doing no work at all. Now however she wants to run her business is up to her, but no wonder things take so long to get done! I left the parking lot at 10:11, and she was still sitting there with her legs crossed with her cup doing absolutely nothing. What a lazy, awful work ethic. I would literally rather try to see something myself than come here!
