I had need of a proficient eye clinic after moving to the Enterprise Alabama area. After reviewing several possible clinicsThe Family Eye & Laser clinic seemed to meet my needs. Upon my first visit I was impressed with the friendly and efficiency of the "front desk" staff. After a thorough examination of my eyes by Dr. Samara Perryman I was convinced I had made the right choice. Every time I had a hint of a problem I returned to the clinic and the matter was given immediate attention. I have the highest regard for every one who works in this clinic. They are all very proficient, courteous, helpful, and have every desire to fulfill the needs of their customers. On another occasion I met with Dr. Mary Kate Moring (I believe that is her name) I was less than kind with her and I apologize for my rude behavior. However, I had the opportunity during another appointment with her to rectified my past behavior and I think we parted on better terms. Having been treated by both Optometrists, I am more than ever convinced I have made the right choice in selecting The Family Eye & Laser clinic for my vision needs. I was so nervous of going into the eye dr. I knew I was going to need progressive lenses. I was feeling "some sort of way" as the kids say these days. I cannot be THAT old. So here i go to see Dr Moring. The staff at the Family Eye and Laser Clinic was so super friendly. I got an appointment super easy and very convenient for my schedule. They navigated my insurance mumbo jumbo like the exceptional professionals they are. Dr Moring was very patient with what I thought were dumb questions and helped calm my fears of the Aging Eyes In my head. After the examination I was gently ushered back to the lobby area in which to choose from the varied fashionable frames of which would not make my wallet scream. After some ado about which frames fitted me best I settled on some Calvin Klein frames that are so artsy fartsy that they make me super happy. Now I have to wait two weeks for them to come in. This is THE place to get the eye care you need. Do not try any where else. Huge kudos to Dr Moring, technicians Marcia and Cheyenne and of course Malinda and Jennifer at the Front Desk. I needed an eye exam and new glasses so I called to set up an appointment. The person on the phone was very courteous and helpful. From the moment I walked into the office of Family Eye & Laser in Enterprise I was met with smiles and helpful attitudes. First Holly welcomed me and and helped me to begin the check-in process. Next the ladies at the desk Jennifer, Melinda, and Sandra we're very helpful and informative. After waiting for a few moments, Marcia called me in the back to begin my exam. Her demeanor immediately put me at ease, and made the exam process enjoyable. Next, Dr. Phan came in and went over the results of the exam up to that point, her confidence and ability to communicate effectively gave me the assurance that she knew what she was talking about and that I now knew all I needed to know. Finally I was taken out to KD to order glasses, this again was a fantastic experience and she made the process easy. This was my first visit to Family Eye and Laser and I was more than pleased! Every member of the staff was so nice and helpful. From the the front desk Jennifer and Melinda to the technicians, Monika and Christina!.The staff was excellent! I had been having some trouble with my contact prescription and Dr. Moring helped me see again. Even picked out new glasses for the first time in 10 years with help from KD! I had been going to Dobbs for years and they no longer accepted our insurance but recommended Family Eye and Laser and my co pay was better than I thought so I will be back to pick up fresh contacts and new glasses in a few days! I literally called the day before and got lucky enough to book an appointment the next Day and couldn't be happier! These guy's are amazing. I had an eye injury so they take extra care of that. Granted I had a very long stay for my last check up however I felt they did a much needed thorough assessment of my eyes. Dr. Moring is my doctor however I have seem the other one as well, they both rock! Very friendly team, professional , caring. Don't ever make you feel rushed, always listen to you. The selection of frames is updated and plentiful. Andy does a great job helping you pick the perfect pair. You will be styling in no time. Prices are average I'd guess. They had a remodel of the office not that long ago. Now it is bright and top notch. The eye equipment was updated as well. I feel I'm getting the best possible care I could get there. This is an absolutely amazing team. Everyone there makes you feel like you are family. They are always willing to provide appointment options to work with my schedule, their text communication system made the check in process easy, and when I arrived nearly a half hour early, they took the initiative to get me started early (which we all know NEVER happens in any medical field)! I've moved to Dothan since last year, and happily make the drive for appointments over finding a new provider, simply because of how you are treated as a patient. I couldn't ask for better service. I feel like they really care about me and the health of my eyes. Dr. Perryman takes the time to explain what she is looking for when she examines your eyes, the technicians Bailey and Holly were thorough as well. Jeremy took time to explain what my insurance would cover, and which glasses were covered the most. And when entering and leaving you are greeted by two of the sweetest people, Jennifer and Malinda. The Doctor and many were very professional. When, I scheduled my first appointment, it took nearly 30 minutes providing every detail. Next available appointment was three weeks. At reception, they asked all the same questions again. You need to stop asking the information twice. You clearly knew this was a new customer (who just provided the information). Stop justifying the receptionist job and start respecting the customers time. It is in no way justified to verify everything again. read more

Our son had broke his glasses and wearing contacts is not always an option. We got in quickly as we were waiting to be seen. The check in process was fast and friendly. The girl that came in to do his eye tests was so polite and friendly. The Doctor and her assistant were so courteous and explained everything in great detail. I love the Family Eye Center! The receptionists, Monica, Dr.Perryman and the sweet man that helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses Were the best! Monica was explaining everything as she took me through the usual tests and was so patient! I usually see Dr Moring but she is currently on maternity leave. Dr. Perryman was so precious! Haven't ever been to an eye doctor before because my vision is good. I went in for a eye that was killing me, dry, red, could barely keep it open. I left knowing exactly what was going on, with some drops and my eye open. Very friendly staff that like to laugh and have fun at work. Definitely would recommend to anybody. Dr. Perryman and Holly are above the best at what they do. Both our children have eye issues. The patience they have with children is amazing and the prompt courteous response to any questions is awesome. Holly did an amazing job at teaching our daughter how to put in and take out her contacts. I have had not had to help her at all. What an asset this practice is to our area! read more

I saw Dr. Moring this morning for my first eye exam in years and she explained the details of my fundic exam and helped guide my decision regarding corrective eye surgery. I googled a eye doctor in Enterprise. I've never been to this office before. My eye was red and hurt really badly. I walked in without a appointment and was seen right away. Excellent customer service from the time I entered the door until I exited. Friendly staff made this visit painless - even for an eye appointment! I loved being given the option to have a scan that meant I didn't have to have my eyes dilated.
