Absolutely horrible service. The retailers insisted for me to take a tracker that I didn't want. They kept saying it's part of the promo package when I told them many times I didn't want it. They never mentioned that I would be charged monthly for the tracker and now they won't take it off my bill. This is so upsetting because I told them multiple times I don't want a tracker and they kept telling me it's part of a promotion and never anything about being charged. They also said I wasn't able to turn my old phone in to them and I went to a different store and it's wasn't a problem. All I can say is lazy. read more

I have been in this store 3 times and every time has been a complete waste of my time. They are total liars and do not honor the deals and offers that they do online or over the t mobile customer service number. The assistant manager is horrible customer service and she is extremely rude and offers no solutions, only says "I've been doing this for a long time, don't argue with me". Highly recommend not wasting your time and going to a real t mobile store or using another provider. read more

Nice people who have no idea what they are doing. I came in for a new phone plan and said I didn't want the protection plan for $50 or the Hulu Disney plan for $10. Paid tax for free phone and connection fee $65. Woman who helped me said the Disney/Hulu was free for 6 months. Got my first bill and the $10 Disney/Hulu was on there and so was the $50 protection plan. She also couldn't figure out why my apps kept signing into my old cell number. Called customer care and after waiting on hold for 45 mins, they took off the fees and walked me through getting my apps back. Nice people but they are just holding the chairs down in that store. read more

I came in early in the year to do an insurance return, the replacement I received was faulty and visibly broken so I declined to take ownership of it and refused it. I left the store with my original phone. A couple days later the clerk told me I could submit my current phone under a promotion and get an upgrade. The promotion was submit a current qualified phone and get a new phone, 24 months of not having to pay for the phone. Part of the promotion also required me to add an additional line. Got my new phone, promotion, left and was a happy customer - until I received notice that my trade in was not accepted because the phone traded in was broken. Of course notification was well past the time for me to return the upgrade. I lost out on the promotion and am now stuck with a phone that is costing me more than I originally agreed upon. Upon further inspection it turns out - Mobile sent the phone in that I never took ownership of - as my promotion trade in. Last manager response i received was in August 2024. read more

I was in and out within minutes when I've been dealing with these problems for days! She's very knowledgeable & definitely deserves a RAISE! read more

i would always walk in asking to change my phone plan to a cheaper one and they would say they couldn't for everything they would say "call customer care" all they do is just stand there i went to t-mobile off of 646 and 45 and they helped me fixed it for a better price read more

He even placed a call to the district manager to ensure he was providing the best possible options for our situation. Walking in the doors of the store was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made in my life. I went in to order a few sets of headphones and an Applewatch for myself. Starting off, they did not know how to order accessories. The girl placing my order was the store manager. Finally, 4 hours later, I am able to get out of there. I even made it home my bank was calling me about multiple charges coming through. So I called customer care and found out that the girls placed several orders and charge them to my card. Not only that, she charged me close to $200 alone in fees that she shouldn't have.
