UPS Store rep. refuses my request for a print out of a UPS Tracking Number / receipt. UPS Store rep. informs that an email will be sent with the UPS tracking number(s). UPS Store rep. offers to allow you to take a picture of the label of the box with the tracking number. I guess policy is to decrease wear & tear on the label printer and save money on printer paper. That sounds smart. I like it! Great Experience! Thank you, I will definitely come again. My experience is that the location on Bay Area Blvd will print a UPS Tracking receipt. read more

worst UPS experience I've ever had returning a amazon item. i went to return a full size memory foam mattress that was still in the box when the employee (younger white female) told me the driver that picks up wont accept the item as the box was open. i kindly asked to use the stores tape to fix the box when she refused to let me use it. she made me buy a $4 roll of tape to fix a box that was delivered to my house in the same condition. amazon does not require packaging as UPS will do it for you so why am i taping this myself? the employee was very unprofessional and rude to the point ill never tell anyone there is a UPS store in Friendswood. that lady needs to be retrained on amazon return protocol or find a new job because she is not someone i would want working front of the house at any business. read more

Crooked. Prearranged conditions have cornered me into using this particular location three times over the course of the last six years.... One was for an Amazon return weighing just over five pounds, one was an EBay sale, weighing closer to fifteen pounds, and one was a stuffed animal being sent to a friend in Malaysia.. How all three of these packages, prepped by myself or the employee always seem to add up to just over $40 is beyond me, but suffice it to say, the online parcel calculator always averaged significantly lower. read more

I've been using this UPS store for years and have never had a problem until today. I just had the worst experience. I was dropping something off to Amazon with a QR code and the man behind the counter was trying to explain to me that I needed to buy a package to send my two items in the same box. I wasn't understanding why since the shipping was supposed to be free. He was trying to explain why when the woman who apparently his over him said "Let her figure it out herself and you help the next customer" I couldn't believe my ears. Who does that?? read more

Horrible customer service. Was annoyed that I even walked into the store. My label had faded and said "Yeah no, that's not going to work". Told me I would have to go home and reprint it. This place is worthless. They are unhelpful, rude, and incompetent. Can't speak for the rest of the employees but my experiences I have been with the owner. He's a real piece of work. He doesn't understand would it means to provide customer service, and don't bother calling UPS to complain because they don't care either. He has treated me poorly on more than one occasion. Not that the company has a stellar reputation to protect, but they really should care more when they have customer facing people at physical locations that are making them look even worse. read more

Just left this store and wondering if everyone in friendswood were actually rude... Because the young lady that was working at this location was very rude! her tone towards me was very irritated towards me. Right when I stop down to use the computer she said you know it's $3 to use it right? ( In her rude irritated tone). I told her yes that's fine. I began to look for my children's documents I can print out for their school. She asked if I needed to print anything . I told her yes. Her reply was well the printer doesn't work so you don't have to worry about the $3 ( still in her rude tone) I just looked at her and said ok and about to asks her if she could help me print it from the back how she did with the lady before. Thinking she would since she went out her way to help someone else before. But before I could she just repeated herself "Yeah The Printer Not Working". So I just got up and left...don't know what her deal was....maybe she just hanrgy ..lol read more

This is the absolute best place to ship packages! Kimberly knows me by name and is quick and friendly. It is the easiest process ever. I send packages to my daughters in college and since their addresses are in the computer all I do is give my phone number and Kimberly quickly pulls it up and prints a label. I don't have to fill out a form or anything. The price is awesome-much cheaper than the post office! And delivery is very fast! read more

I have tried twice to have a wine delivery sent to this store when I knew I could not be home for delivery. Both times the package has been rejected because I was not a "regular customer". Both times the UPS drivers have gone out of their way to deliver to my house on the other side of town at 7 pm. I will be reporting this to UPS and because of this lack of service I will never step foot in this store. read more

What package store doesn't even stay open to their posted hours during Christmas!!! Literally closed a minimum of 5 min early and then has a BS line that they are "updating their computer system".
