They are a bunch of imbeciles! Also they have an order in which you have to activate new lines... I ordered a new phone for my husband and was going to bring my mother over to my plan as well, however because my husband is out of town we are having to wait for him to come back so he can activate his new phone which means (for whatever reason) that i can activate my mother onto my plan until my husband activates his new phone! So basically i wasted money buying a SIM card to activate a new line! I HATE dealing with cricket and if it wasn't for the price (which i guess cheap prices mean shitty customer service).

The store clerk apprised us of a promotion whereby exchanging a Samsung for another Samsung, including the most recent models, would result in a $800 credit. This restriction applies to even the newest Samsungs. My father's phone is quite old and he couldn't believe it when we repeatedly inquired whether there were any conditions attached to this offer. His former phone is eligible for the discount, he assured us on multiple occasions. That was false. It was peculiar, given that it was a trade, that the same salesperson informed my father that it wasn't necessary when he returned to give back his old phone within the required 30-day period (he kept it to ensure everything migrated over). When I inquired further about the matter via telephone with corporate, they affirmed that no promotion had been applied and that it was not even feasible, given that the old phone was only valued at $10 and required a minimum value of $35. Again, my father, who is the type of parsimonious man who wouldn't be so self-centered, would never have done this unless the promotion was genuine; this was not an error on our part. It was repeatedly affirmed to us that we were eligible, in response to our repeated inquiries. I advise anyone to conduct research on everything that these sellers say; I do not know if this was an oversight on his part or if this is how they conduct business. Beware of this shop

I brought it up " I thought the signs for the limit of 4 is for all items besides the etbs and upcs. he replied with" this is my store and I can limit products how I want. I said" i completely agree" he then said. "I will not sell you four because I do not support what you do with them". I apologized if I offended him and explained I wasn't a scalper/reseller even provided photos and videos of me and my wife opening every product I have bought from them. he still wouldn't sell me the 4 bundles. I then walked out and walked back in about 5 min later to buy just the one because all other stores get hit instantly by scalpers. everyone there is completely rude besides the mom she is very sweet. Will never shop here again, and would not recommend anyone else to shop here.

The new phone did not require a trade in. She offer a pad for $10 per month also. After she done the paperwork for the new phone, she said the pad was going to be $80 per month because I have a 55 and over plan. she was not able to give me the pad for $10. I wanted a home Internet tower for my mother's house. But they didn't have Internet tower in my mother's area. The woman told me to take the tower to my house, active, than take the tower to my mother's house. I told her that's fraud. She said that they do that all the time. I just need my old phone return. Stop taking advantage of people. You need to be closed down by corp for scamming people.

When I asked them to enter the correct weight on a shipping label, they argued and claimed it wasn't necessary -- which is simply not true. Customers should be aware: shipping companies charge based on both actual and dimensional weight. If your package is even slightly over the stated size or weight, you can be hit with extra charges -- and worse, your shipment may not be properly insured. If something happens during transit, you're out of luck. It's unacceptable for a shipping store to refuse to enter accurate information on a label. UPS already has a reputation for overcharging, and this location makes it even worse. We need a new UPS Store & more than one because this one is unethical & unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this store if you can -- Longview deserves better.
