We said no we work and left. It really depends on who you get upfront (aka how late they want to be there). We tried again another day probably around the same time and were put on the queue to be helped..it was still a wait, but at least we were not immediately turned away. Had a great sales representative (I wish I would have got his name) that was very transparent and honest in regards to the current promo, asking us why we wanted to upgrade and telling us that we should wait until Iphone 14 series comes out, because it would not be worth it for us at this time. I really appreciate that he was straight with us knowing this would hinder his commission. Only reason not a 5 is because of the first experience and being turned away.

He refused to let me saying I could only exit and then couldn't reenter. I spend 1.5 hrs on the phone with 611 to do an esim installation for something that would have taken him minutes but he didn't want to stay one minute after closing time. DESPICABLE and just one of many reasons we are switching our phone carriers.

I live 30 miles out and when I arrived they told me it was a mistake and not done. When the computer was finally complete a couple of days later, I picked it up and asked for a discount for my time and gas that cost me for coming in that Monday. The person at the desk went back and talked to the manager and all they could do is offer me a screen saver which I did not need. I own a small business and when there is an issue I always will listen to the customer and try to work out a solution. The manger should of had the courtesy to come speak to me in person. I do want to mention that my computer is fixed and working and I do commend them for that.

They've been in a case since the day I got them and they were in pristine condition. When I picked them up, there were several scratches, scuffs and marks all over the case. I dread coming to this store. I wish that Best Buy was an authorized Apple dealer. They have much friendly employees who at least pretend to care about their job and the customers they serve.

They refused to listen and were more occupied having a power struggle with me, which is terrible customer service if you have no comprehension skills or patience to let the customer voice their issue. I switched to t-mobile after having the most exhausting and terrible experience with att over the…read morepast 6 months. My never really considered t mobile a comparable company to att and Verizon. But I decided to give it a try after hearing good things. T-mobile is the best company by far and I've had every phone service imaginable. (Verizon, cricket, att, sprint and us cellular). The staff at the store were beyond helpful. Kolten and Ryan the manager should own the store, they went above and beyond for my very difficult 6 phone line transfer. Since, I've had to call customer service twice (for things that had nothing to do with service, just international calling) the T-Mobile customer service line was prompt and helpful. Also I am currently in Turkey, I have great service and free data and texts! Not only that they worked out an issue with my phone transfer while I'm in Turkey and they are in Nebraska. Seriously if you are considering a switch just do yourself a favor and do it! I'm grateful and very glad I switched!
