T-Mobile on Baxter Avenue has always been my go to store since making the fantastic change to them for our cell service. This week it happened. I dropped my iPhone and the screen saver cracked in the corner. I went to the store prepared to buy a replacement. The nicest young man installed the new one. It was covered under warranty which I did not realize!!! I was elated! Great customer service. Easy street parking. Another win with T-Mobile! read more

On 7/12/25, I stopped by this T-Mobile store needing technical support for my iPhone, and I was helped by someone named Riley. Riley was incredibly kind, professional, and informative,, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for but don't always get. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure my issue was fully addressed. Thanks to Riley, I would genuinely go out of my way to return to this location. It's the only cell service that provided a trial sims card for my phone at the time that actually demonstraited a strong, dependable mobile signal to my home in Greenleaves off Zorn Ave. We had AT&T for years using the Internet cell transmitter. When 5g came, that mini tower was no longer useful. Spectrum was sad as well using Verizon towers. After much anguish, T-Mobile came to our rescue. A new trial sims card was provided that allowed my phone to work great! The service has been without fault for our 3 phone plan. The guys at the Baxter Ave provided our new phones, honored my contract negotiated on the Internet with T-Mobile and were very supportive. The only issues ever with T-Mobile was getting initial billing to be what was promised by their internet sign up process. After work with support, all issues were eventually resolved. The internet sign up process had specials that store fronts could not offer at the time including the Internet trial that failed for me due to my location in 2022. Our Spectrum Internet price has increased again after 15+ years of subscription increases. It's been a game of renewing with a promotion but that has become $83 mth now with no promotion available. T-Mobile's internet rate for my plan is a forever fixed $30. This service has finally become available for me in Crescent Hill and I am very tempted to change to it and save $50. Now, we enjoy the free Netflix, Apple TV and Hulu perks and the 3 Samsung phones provided us are still excellent. I really like having a fixed $120 price for 3 phones without any mobile data limitations forever. What's more, I have a solid cell signal in my home! read more

I'm a T-Mobile customer and I love my cell service, prices, and the perks that come with being a customer. I am, however, disappointed with this store. I wanted to upgrade my phone, but had some questions about my possible choices and the process of data transfer between phones. My questions about Google Pixel phones went largely unanswered because "no one is interested in those phones" and "I've been here for 3 months and we haven't sold any of those." When I asked if there were any in the store I was told that there were. I asked about the data transfer process and was told that I would not be able to transfer anything between my Apple phone and the Google Pixel phone. When I "Googled" the process and showed them the results, they told me they didn't have the right cord. They told me it couldn't be done because we needed two SIM cards. They told me they weren't given any training about transferring data between phones and all they could rely on was their experience which they admitted was limited. I asked if I could buy a phone and the told me a could, but that they would have to charge me a $20 service fee - even though they weren't going to provide any service other than handing me the phone - and that I would be better off purchasing the phone online. They were courteous and friendly. I called back today. I was told that they no longer have the Google Pixel phone I wanted because of extremely high demand. I'll try somewhere else. read more

I mean, WOW! This team consisting of Jard, Keegan, and Anne went ABOVE and BEYOND for THREE hours to assist me in a terrible situation. I was sold a brand new Samsung Galaxy 10 on Ebay that had a clean IMEI... at first. Then, became blacklisted three days ago. The seller was trying to blame it on Tmobile. However, Tmobile proved the prior seller stopped paying on the phone, which, caused the blacklisting. Any who, because I had no phone to use (as mine was blacklisted and my husband was OF COURSE out of town for a week), they allowed me to use their phone. It was a bonus that I called inside of the store, because they helped me prove to the non helpful tech team from another country my situation. The language barrier was difficult and the teach team kept trying to pin unblacklisting on the store. However, it is the tech teams job. The supervisor was apparently busy for the almost three hours I was on the phone with the tech team. However, a solution was resolved in thanks to these three folks who helped me provide proper information and confirm that it was the on phones ladies job to fix the situation. The manager of this store is very rude. He is more concerned with giving life advice than he is with actually helping his costomers. Also, double check his work because he will go back and change information after you are done if he does not like you. Very unprofessional. read more
