Her and i Struggled for a good 8 days to recover a Christmas Package to Three of our Grandchildren that was lost or held up for some reason or another, Magi called Customer Service Day in and Day out for 7 of the 8 days , not only once but she called 2,3,4 and 5 times daily tell she got our package released to be delivered to our grandchildren so they wouldn't think that Nana and Papa had forgot about them. The service has consistently been good, and I've never had any issues with the employees. Apple Maps showed the store as being open on Sunday, so I made the trip only to find a sign on the door saying they're closed on Sundays. I went ahead and reported the incorrect hours on Apple Maps, so hopefully it gets updated and saves others a wasted trip. Overall, it's a reliable UPS Store with great customer service. Just be sure to double-check the hours before heading over, especially on Sundays.
