Went into T-mobile today to get a new screen protector and ended up getting an upgrade I didn't know I had. I am currently in the process of moving from California and went in to get a screen protector as mention before and the gentleman who goes by "John Cena" was really helpful and made my night. Helped me with my upgrade and also made sure that I had all the proper accessories (i.e, case and screen protector, the charger wall adapter). Also got some Christmas presents (air pods and some wired headphones for my fiancé). Great vibes all around and professionalism throughout the whole time I was being helped.
