There is never a good time for this to happen. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and efficient. I didn't kno exactly what was wrong and she said if I could get there in15min someone would b available. Got there asap and the place was busy. They fixed my tire right away. Didn't try to up sell, didn't add any weird addition charges and the price was more than fair. Soooo grateful there r still places like this around.

ALSO!!!!! needless to say, I had a full alignment, new tires and rotation and balancing done. I also had my tie rods replaced. Only to drive maybe a mile down the road and become stranded on the side of the road having to call for tow truck. We all know that having a toe is not very cheap. Had my car towed to a GM dealership and had my car fixed properly. So not only did I pay $500 for tow and then the $600 to have the work done on my car that I had a coupon for. I ended up spending another $900 on top of that to have everything that I just had done redone. he also didn't mention my pcv val was bad and my intercooler was shot my turbo was not working properly.....so he failed to run proper diagnosis on my car that in the long run cause me to pay even more money FAIL ROBERT

In the past 2 years I have purchased 6 batteries including 2 AGM Marine batteries. This year one of…read moremy batteries (used for the winch) wouldn't hold a charge. needless to say I was disappointed that it only lasted a year and a half. (The battery is always stored inside.) After it was checked at the store and verified, I was told it was no longer under warranty. In my opinion, a $150 battery should last longer. I will have to find a new place to purchase batteries in the future as I find the product and support no longer is sufficient to earn my business.
