I'm not sure the stress delivered by these clowns is worth the trip? I attempted to reduce my cable service to a more reasonable price. Because the idea of paying $180 a month for service that used to be $40 a month is obscene. I spent more than two hours on the phone talking to three different people at spectrum and we finally came to an agreement of a plan at $44.97 a month. That included just Internet service, home, phone service, and spectrum TV app. As part of that deal. I have to turn in my cable boxes and remotes, and when I attempted to do that at the Fenton Michigan store. I was told very rudely by multiple representatives, including Ronnie, The so-called manager that none of the changes I made this morning, on the phone were in place. And it felt as if I had to redo everything I had already done this morning with.him, lol! It's is extremely frustrating It is completely obvious to me, that companies like spectrum simply make things as confusing as possible, so even their representatives don't understand package plans, and discounts. It actually feels abusive as a consumer to be treated like this.!! Ronnie and his cohorts in the store were laughing at me and mocking me as well as lying to me about my cable service! Spectrum should be embarrassed for the way they treat their customers. It's completely obvious and intentional. Spectrum is Making it as confusing as possible, intentionally. Zero stars. This store refused to follow the 14 day exchange/refund policy…read more 1st, I was advised to drive to Apple in Novi to exchange my phone - I called Novi Apple just to confirm, they told me, "no, we don't exchange a phone bought at AT&T." So I drove to ATT where it was purchased for exchange or refund as the policy states...I stood there for 10 minutes, without even a hello, or let me get someone to help you (voices clearly in the back room), while this salesman (large gages in ears) discussed what's on tv for 5 minutes, stating to his customer "the news only has politics and murder on it". Finally someone came from the back, asked if id been helped...I had not. This salesman commences to tell me Novi Apple Store was incorrect, I would have to drive there; total disregard for Apple Store stating They would not return/exchange a phone that they did not sell. The final insult to the entire experience, Mr. Salesman, with the large gaged ears who is now involved after dismissing his customers, REFUSES to return - because now I don't even want an exchange - he decides it best to treat me to sarcasm just before I exit, "Have a good day!" Update, within 10 minutes of leaving, went over their heads, called AT&T... they are sending me a new phone via mail to swap with the defective one bought at this location.
