I attended a private bath bomb making workshop at Buff City Soap last night as part of a Yelp Elite event, and it was such a fun experience! I've been a Yelp Elite member for seven years, and this was honestly one of the most enjoyable small-group events I've attended. The group size was small, which meant we received plenty of individual attention while making our bath bombs. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They shared the story behind the company, how the franchise started, and how this particular Fenton location grew. We also got to meet several team members who have been there for years, which really says a lot about the atmosphere they've created. Everything is made on-site in their soap kitchen using plant-based ingredients, with no parabens, phthalates, or harsh chemicals. Even better, everything smells amazing. One of the coolest features is how customizable their products are. You can choose a scent you love and have it made into laundry soap, body lotion, body butter, soaps, and more. They carry much more than soap too, including laundry detergent, dryer balls, car scent fresheners, shaved soap, and body care products. I also learned they host workshops and private events that can be booked for birthdays, parties, team outings, and other special occasions, which would make such a unique and fun celebration. The store is conveniently located near Walmart, restaurants, and right off the highway, making it an easy stop. I've lived nearby for years and somehow didn't realize this gem was here. Highly recommend stopping in or booking an event. It was a fantastic evening and I'll definitely be back!
