I finally found one AND both phones were getting the same deal. We had several choices of freebies, but we landed on the iPhone 14plus for both of us. We originally did this online, without any problems but my husband's old phone wasn't transferring to his new. Again, I had no problems ( that's meant as sarcasm since he had issues and I didn't!). So, we stop at this store on Bechtle ave. (I checked, this one has their current address, there's an earlier submission that has a different address.) So, to give props to this store. There were like 4-5 employees, all helping others when we got there. We didn't wait more then about 5 minutes and had a guy come help us with our problem. He actually had to call someone from some place .... Not sure who a tech calls when they're stumped. We had it all fixed within 20 min or so. I guess the 5 stars is mostly based on a friendly tech. A tech who couldn't tech that found a tech that could. The store is clean, modern in appearance and has all of the current techie stuff you might need. Hope we don't have to return, mainly because that means somethings wrong, but satisfied with their attentiveness.

Then a young girl walked over with her tablet and scanned my barcode and it worked, then the older lady gave herself credit and said, "I was going to tell you to get the tablet". That was a lie! The old woman told me to step aside AGAIN and she helped two more people while I was standing there with an injury that is painful to stand or walk. They were NEVER repacked. On one box, the shipping label was never replaced & that box went back to my aunt. She had to bring it to the UPS Store a 2nd time. Again, it was NEVER repacked; at least the staff made an attempt to cover an old shipping label. It finally arrived at my home, 4 days late, in the original box my aunt took it in, & still open....the UPS Store had not even bothered to add new tape!!!! Never, ever use this location....go to USPS or FedEX!
