I tried to call the store three times but couldn't get through to anyone. Finally, I went to the store and tried calling again. Fortunately, someone did answer at that time and they informed me that they did not have that battery in stock and it would need to be transferred from another store. I told them I would need a refund. The staff member said I would be refunded and then hung up on me without giving any further details as to how that would happen. Complete waste of my time.

I took a photo of the controls and one of the old battery so they would have an idea as to what I needed. They knew exactly what I needed to put my sump back in service. My equipment was dated and they told me that they don't make that exact battery anymore but they could modify one that would work just fine. I said yes and bought it. In and out in less than 10 minutes with a new battery. When I got home it took me about 2 minutes to hook it up and it was running again. Knowledgeable people, friendly service and good prices. However, none of your employees wore masks and when I came up to the register in my mask the manager of your store rang me up and asked if he needed to wear a mask during this process. I told him to stay far away, please, and this seemed to prompt him to put his branded O'Reilly mask on -- but it didn't cover his nose, and this was well into my check out experience. This occurred in a state and a county within that state that is "purple" because of the high cases, and if I didn't need a headlight for my truck would never have set foot inside. I was hoping for a fast and safe experience, which can be possible in other essential businesses like yours. This is unacceptable, rude, dangerous, and completely preventable. Do better.
