This is after I had spent 2+ hours at AT&T in Rolla. I purchased iPhone Xs, 2 cases,Qi charger, screen protector, and extra cords. They greeted me at door, got me a rep in less than 3 minutes. Now it took me about 2 hours total, but he stayed with me whole time. I left and went to purchase new iPad Pro, iPen, and folio case with keyboard. Then tried to get service at Cricket in Rolla, MO. So I went back to AT&T, who set me up with $50 tablet plan. My son has me on his cricket plan, but I had intended to purchase a 2 line plan at Cricket. Too bad. I am shocked at the difference between Cricket and AT&T. Disgraceful way to treet customers Cricket, I really had high hopes because I have been on son's account for about 3 years and been pleased with my phone service with Cricket.
