He arrived right on time, was incredibly thorough, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated that he didn't rush through the appointment and made sure we understood the condition of our dryer vent system. After the service, we unfortunately received the same error message again. We called Dryer Vent Wizard, and they came back out free of charge to take another look. Mitchell suggested replacing our dryer hose for a very reasonable $40 fee, and since making that change, we haven't had a single issue. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind their work and doesn't leave you hanging if a problem isn't resolved the first time. I shared my story with my son in law and he suggested that I call Josh with Vanguard Appliance Services. He had used him a few times and thought that he was reasonable and honest. Needless to say, I called Josh. He said that the fan wasn't working. He replaced the fan for $69 and a service fee. Less than $200 later, my refrigerator works perfectly and I saved myself $1,500.
