They resuscitated her phone (pun intended) and offered us a deal on an Iphone 16. They did all the annoying stuff to transfer service and cloud connection. Sale included a life time screen guard that gave it's life during yet another drop and was replaced for free. Second was my laptop repair. I shut it down one evening and everything went black. Nothing when pressing power button, no charging light when plugged in, and battery swap did nothing. The realization of not backing up files more often hits hard! Dropped it off in a box, explained what happened, got a quote, they ordered parts and 10 days later I'm writing this review on it! Got a problem with your phone/laptop, try these guys out. Last month I had an appointment for my MacBook Air to get looked at because it wasn't charging and I've had it looked at 4 other times for the same issue when I lived in California. Was over an hour after my appointment time sitting there waiting to be seen. They used a few different chargers and cords to see if they could get it to charge. Turned out my battery was going bad and my charge port was bad. They said I needed to call Apple back to see what the solution was. So was a waste of 1.5 hours drive, then 2.5 hours there, then 1.5 hours drive home. Apple told me I would get a replacement within 2 weeks... a month later my laptop with boxes opened randomly showed up on my porch when there was no tracking info after Fedex dropped this off randomly at someone down the street. So today, we had an appointment at 2:45pm for them to look at my daughter's computer and see if they have a replacement charge port to be replaced. We came in first thing in the morning to see if they could look at it now and also I mentioned what was going on with my computer. I asked them if they can check if this is MY computer or if someone put their computer in the box and took my new one since both boxes were open. Nope. They wouldn't give us the time of day. They said I needed to make an appointment to check and that we had to come back for her appointment. I told them that in Cali I have done a walk in numerous times with no issues and they looked at it right away. Nope, they could care less. After this Apple had called me saying they still hadn't heard from Fedex on where my computer was. I told the guy I received a computer and it took him a whole 10 seconds to verify using the serial number that this indeed was my computer. But pathetic that the Apple Store was oh so inconvenienced to take 10 seconds out of their time to check. Especially since they had probably about 30 or more employees just hanging out around the store.

I brought in a Samsung s4 cell phone in about a week ago for repair, not expecting a positive…read moreoutcome as three technicians around Knoxville had already viewed the phone and diagnosed a complete motherboard failure and no possibility of repairing the phone. The little shop had three customers ahead of me, so I waited. When I met with the technition, I described the phone's behavior and stated that if the repair were a lost cause, I was not interested in paying a $50 fee to confirm that the phone was in fact broken. He assured me that if he could not fix it, I would not be charged. There was a cue of laptops to repair ahead of mine, so he stated that it might take a while to get to mine- first come first serve. I left the phone with him. I couple hours later i got a call that the phone was fixed. I picked up the phone, and while paying for the repair I asked how this might have been avoided. He sold me an SD card, and guided my adjustment default saving to the card instead of the phone's hard drive. While I can never be guarantees that no failures will occur, at least now I have the photos and contacts saved to SD and easily removable. I thought this was excellent service and this is where i will return in the future.
