Two employees in the store and a child - one of the employees was sitting behind the desk complaining about having to work - the other one approached us and ask what we needed (nice-right) ! We told her we were interested in replacing a damaged phone - She told us to go to Walmart and buy a phone and switch the cards out. We went down the road to Verizon and moved our service from AT&T to Verizon and purchased a new phone. Have had AT&T internet service for 31 years - looking at available internet service for our area - will be moving it to - Through with AT&T and their terrible customer service.

After multiple delays, lies, substandard installation we had trouble with the carpet from day 1. Clayton sent out sub contractor named Goldilocks, and no, Idk what his real name is. After listening to his many tales of woe, and I mean DAILY crisis, like I wasn't in one myself, they repeatedly came to "fix" the carpet. They didn't. Due to the negligence of Clayton, by hiring those unable to do a job correctly, my carpet is now greasing and needs to be stretched. Now, you'd think the negligent party, Clayton and their reps, they would be glad to fix the problem. You would be WRONG. In spite of the negligence, the lies, the nastiness I put up with the company says out of warranty, sucks to be you. I bought a VERY EXPENSIVE home, and the idea that we can't expect the carpeting to be installed correctly or repaired by the company. This is not reasonable. Scott, Jason, Clay and Chris all got together to give us the middle finger again. DON'T GET NEAR THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT SUBSTANDARD SERVICE AND ZERO QUALITY. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF GOING ON THE RECORD AS THIS IS OUR BEST. THEY CAUSED THIS MESS BUT I NOW HAVE TO PAY TO FIX THEUR MISTAKES. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY. Designated check in associate at the front and they'll call you when your name comes up. Although we purchased our new I phones at a different location, they are the local store who has helped us through any technical difficulties. On at least two occasions, they have helped diagnose performance issues and help correct them. When my wife first brought hers in and said the touch screen wasn't responding, they didn't even laugh when they peeled the clear film off the screen. LOL! Nice helpful folks! PS We've been with Verizon at least 14 years now...
