I sat down at a desk and he pulled up my account and helped me understand what was going on . I made sure I asked him his name and that really appreciated his time. I made sure I asked for the manager and I told him about my experience today . The young man who helped me said his name was Brandon Hoyle . If you walk into the store & deal with anyone by the name of "Kay" or "Mariano" (I don't know which…read moreis his real name because the name he gave me was Mariano but over the phone with Boost he stated his name was "Kay") I would go ahead & walk right back out because the dude is a real piece of work. This whole company is, to be honest with you. A complete JOKE. Went in to have my ACTIVE NUMBER transferred over to Boost for the so called "$50" deal with the iPhone 7. First, the guy completely messes up my phone number & makes it to where i'm unable to go anywhere else because my phone was inactive. Second, along the way, he'd told me it'd total out to be $150 (which seemed a little high to me) but by the end of it, switches on me & tells me I'm not eligible for the discount (later he finally admits to it being his fault instead of making it out like it was Straight Talks fault for releasing the number like he asked them to do) & tells me I can "buy another number" from a friend of his which makes me come to believe he does this on a regular basis. Does this dude really not know that I could've just went next door & got a brand new iPhone SE for the same price? That's rich. Third (& my personal favorite), he says since he was the one who messed he'll pay for the phone number. This jackass turns around & totaled it to be $200! Huh?! How did it go from $150 to $200?! This place really needs to reevaluate what kind of show they're running around there. Get it together dude! & Boost! Won't get no where lying your way through business just to make an extra dollar. Oh, & I tried reporting him to some sort of authority & I couldn't find a lick of nothing of any sort of information or anything thereof so if you do end up doing business with them, you're just SOL.

I had an accident breaking lower leg and both ankles requiring surgery which has put our household in a bind financially. Our due date was mon sep 16. On sunday sep 15th my husband called and the boost representative said they had spoke to their supervisor who also agreed to change our due date until sep 20 at no charge. We also ask that insurance be removed on all 3 phones in order to lower our bill. Today is tue sep 17th and our phones have been disconnected . i also found out today we were being charged and additional 3dollars per phone for caller id we did not ask for..along with the fact our insurance still has yet to be removed .when my husband called to get this all fixed both boost employees and supervisor were rude and unhelpful refusing to make their wrongs right. We asked if they kept a log or recording of conversations to prove we were telling the truth .all we was offered was still in the end our phones turned off and the supervisor saying they would review recordings and take disciplinary action on the person we spoke with sunday night. Punishing that employee we spoke to on sunday still does nothing to help make things right with their customers and keep their word on their end . not only do i need my phone due to doctors calling me but i have a child with severe food allergy and juvenile rhumatoid arthritis and now no way for her school to contact me in an emergency. I def am switching back to metro and to anyone who thinks the grass maybe greener on the other side i promise you its fertilized with manaure aka BOOST MOBILE
