This whole company is, to be honest with you. A complete JOKE. Went in to have my ACTIVE NUMBER transferred over to Boost for the so called "$50" deal with the iPhone 7. First, the guy completely messes up my phone number & makes it to where i'm unable to go anywhere else because my phone was inactive. Second, along the way, he'd told me it'd total out to be $150 (which seemed a little high to me) but by the end of it, switches on me & tells me I'm not eligible for the discount (later he finally admits to it being his fault instead of making it out like it was Straight Talks fault for releasing the number like he asked them to do) & tells me I can "buy another number" from a friend of his which makes me come to believe he does this on a regular basis. Does this dude really not know that I could've just went next door & got a brand new iPhone SE for the same price? That's rich. Third (& my personal favorite), he says since he was the one who messed he'll pay for the phone number. This jackass turns around & totaled it to be $200! Huh?! How did it go from $150 to $200?! This place really needs to reevaluate what kind of show they're running around there. Get it together dude! & Boost! Won't get no where lying your way through business just to make an extra dollar. Oh, & I tried reporting him to some sort of authority & I couldn't find a lick of nothing of any sort of information or anything thereof so if you do end up doing business with them, you're just SOL.
