Don't go to this store! Incompetence at a whole different level. Verizon support is just as bad.

Poor customer service, lackadaisical attitudes and zero customer appreciation are all in store for you at this location!

If you walk into the store & deal with anyone by the name of "Kay" or "Mariano" (I don't know which…read moreis his real name because the name he gave me was Mariano but over the phone with Boost he stated his name was "Kay") I would go ahead & walk right back out because the dude is a real piece of work. This whole company is, to be honest with you. A complete JOKE. Went in to have my ACTIVE NUMBER transferred over to Boost for the so called "$50" deal with the iPhone 7. First, the guy completely messes up my phone number & makes it to where i'm unable to go anywhere else because my phone was inactive. Second, along the way, he'd told me it'd total out to be $150 (which seemed a little high to me) but by the end of it, switches on me & tells me I'm not eligible for the discount (later he finally admits to it being his fault instead of making it out like it was Straight Talks fault for releasing the number like he asked them to do) & tells me I can "buy another number" from a friend of his which makes me come to believe he does this on a regular basis. Does this dude really not know that I could've just went next door & got a brand new iPhone SE for the same price? That's rich. Third (& my personal favorite), he says since he was the one who messed he'll pay for the phone number. This jackass turns around & totaled it to be $200! Huh?! How did it go from $150 to $200?! This place really needs to reevaluate what kind of show they're running around there. Get it together dude! & Boost! Won't get no where lying your way through business just to make an extra dollar. Oh, & I tried reporting him to some sort of authority & I couldn't find a lick of nothing of any sort of information or anything thereof so if you do end up doing business with them, you're just SOL.

I left a review on google and they responded by saying I obviously dialed the wrong number. Like there's no possible way this happened and I was in the wrong. I'm not an idiot. They answered Advanced tv so yes it was in fact them. Don't bother with these guys.

Would give them a zero if possible. We drove 45 minutes from SC to drop off a large plasma TV that…read morehad recently stopped working. The place is an absolute disaster inside, but not having frequented many tv repair shops, I wasn't sure if this was the norm or not. They don't take debit or credit cards and he charges $50.00 to diagnose the problem, so we had to go back out and get cash. We left the TV with him and he said he would call to let us know what the issue was. When we didn't hear back after about a week or so, my boyfriend called him. He gave us the specific serial number and part number we needed to order. He originally told me that he could order it, but it would be less expensive if we ordered it online. We did that and had it sent directly to the shop. Another couple of weeks went by and we heard nothing, even though we knew the part had been delivered a week previous, so my boyfriend called him back again. He said the part we ordered didn't work in the TV and that it can be tricky even though the part number and serial numbers match up. My boyfriend asked him if he could just order the part, and then bill us for it. He said that they don't do that. So my boyfriend let him know we would be up on Saturday to pick up the TV. They are only open from 10-2, so we got there at 12. The OPEN sign outside was on, but the door was locked. There were two other customers in the parking lot (one there to pick up his TV that also wasn't fixed). My boyfriend called the number on the sign and the same guy we had been dealing with picked up and said he was at lunch and to wait for him to get back in 30 minutes or so. Understandably we were irritated seeing that they are only open for 4 hours on Saturday, and like most working people, we had a lot to get done that day. He asked us to let everyone in the parking lot know that he was at lunch and would be back in thirty minutes or so to which my boyfriend refused. We left and came back 45 minutes later, my boyfriend walks in and the guy says the TV is still not put back together, that it will be 30 minutes and he will leave it on the porch. My boyfriend (who is typically a very good natured and calm person) was upset and had words with the guy. The guy told him we were lucky they are open on Saturday at all and that it was his fault that we ordered the wrong part. These people are supposed to be in the business of repairing TV's. If it were easy, we wouldn't have felt the need to take it to a "professional". If it is tricky to find the right part online, he should have helped us, sent us a link or something. We came back, started loading the TV in the truck and the guy was outside the shop watching us and furiously typing or texting on his flip phone and taking pictures of us, as if we were doing something criminal. It was very strange and would rate as one of the very worst customer service/business experiences I have ever had. We did receive a recommendation after we had dropped this one off for a more local repair place. My boyfriend dropped the TV off yesterday, so we shall see ...
