I walked into this place of business today was greeted by all 3 male employees which is assumeyet I was helped by a young man named Dillon sorry if spelled wrongly yet I went in to inquire about a new phone for my 15 yr old son after getting price and being told I need to pay my past due bill before I can add onso I was like nope not today lol yet Dillon convinced and worked with me so not only did he get me to pay my full over 200 dollar past due I also purchased that new phone for my kid thank you young man for ur great customer service and being respectful and ur store was clean you guys are amazing thank you Dillon read more

Went to this location on the 24th, they had a young man filling in from another store named Bryan. This guy was awesome from the minute we walked in. He was able to find my wife an Apple Watch at a good price. He was a pleasure to talk to, and his customer service was top notch. Aaron had to finish the sale because it was time for Bryan to go home for the day. Aaron was outstanding, He knew how to pick up right where Bryan left off. I would never recommend this store to anyone. The associate there by the name Rocio had a bad stank attitude and didn't know what she was doing. This girl was adding accessories to order after I explained I didn't want any accessories or any other devices. Called to inquire about an iPhone being in stock. I couldn't understand a word from the guy that answered the phone. I had to ask if it was even T-Mobile I called. When he said yes and I went on to ask about the phone he was chuckling here and there probably because of another co-worker, but still unprofessional none the less. He sounded young and I'm all for hiring young people but I also understand when companies avoid hiring young people for reasons like this. By far the worst T-mobile I've ever been to. The wait was 35mins to start off with before even being spoken to. All the reps there have no idea what they're doing minus one who they all seem to run to with each and every issue in which serves then no purpose on having several workers if they have zero coping skills. Once i was helped, they kept me at the desk for another 20mins before realizing they didn't have the iPhone 8 i needed. What a waste of time. My advice is drive the extra 10mins to one out north with less people and reps who actually know what they're doing. read more

Horrible customer service! I DO NOT recommend going to this location! The staff has no idea what they are talking about. The only female that helped me had a horrible attitude, 4 male employees were just standing using their phones. The manager has no idea what he is doing, he also needs proper training in customer service. When I explained to him that I called T-Mobile and told him what they told me, he was just agreeing and ignoring me. I have been with T-Mobile for years and NEVER once have I had to be "authorized" in the account in order to fully pay for a cellphone. Which I explained to him that even the representative stated that I didn't need to be "authorized" since I was buying out a phone, not in payments.
