I was coming to the area and I noticed there was a Verizon store near where I'd be, so I made a note to come here since I needed not only a new car charger, but I wanted to possibly get an upgrade for my son. Well, I was glad I did and despite this store being a little farther from me, this will be my go-to Verizon store from now on. It's that good that it's easily worth driving a little farther to get to. The customer service was excellent across the board. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rep who helped me - Matt - was perfect. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, and all around great. I made it a point afterwards that this will be the store I will return to in the future specifically for him. I actually have to go back soon to upgrade my own phone. The store itself is about what you'd expect - small, but comfortable. Neat, organized, and naturally all the latest devices are there on display and to tinker with. Depending on what you're looking for, prices are what they are. The charger was reasonable. The trade in/upgrade was also reasonable. The accessories - from the case to the wires were all reasonable. The added bonus was that my account was looked at and I actually got a little reduction in my bill (which was totally okay by me). Located in the Cortlandt Crossing mall, there's plenty of parking. I've tried most carriers and been to several of their stores - this was the best experience I've had overall and over the years, despite who the carrier was. Recommended if you're in need of their business and naturally if you're a Verizon customer. I will be back.

My family has multiple lines on the same account. They broke down how much I would spend that day to get all new phones and how much extra my first month's bill would be. After going home to consider our options, we went back to the location and asked "What if we just replace the Sim Card in the one phone?" The salesman poo-poo'd the idea as "just a band-aid". Then we asked if they had any Sim cards, which they don't. No alternative was offered. We insisted the we would try the Sim Card replacement and were told we needed to go to a different Verizon store. "Can you call or can we call a different location with you to get the help we need?" "You'll just get the automated phone system." "Well we need help, can you help us?" "You'd just have to go somewhere else." Eventually we did go to another Verizon store which quickly and without hassle changed the Sim card, at no charge. Instead of actually trying to help us, the first Verizon location wanted to just sell us new phones and had a snarky attitude when we didn't immediately say yes. Customer service still counts. He kept hiding in the back room And at one point we heard him using the bathroom because it was so loud and he must not have closed the door. He seemed very tired and was unable to answer any question or help our elderly mother with any technical issues. Even after I told him she needed assistance he rolled his eyes and walked into the back room. He finally disappeared for about 15 minutes and we waited longer and longer for the new phone to finish updating even though we saw it was already done.

On this day it was adding a line and finally upgrading my "old" phone. This was in May, so I'm a little late posting this review. As usual, Matt was great and was a tremendous help. This location is a little farther from me, but totally worth it. Inside was clean, organized, and neat. They had the accessories I needed as well. Parking is in the rear - there are doors in the front and back for convenience. Overall another great experience with Verizon and in large part thanks to Matt M. I'm quite certain I'll be back.

I took my iphone in for a simple 30-minute battery change. It left the store four days later…read moreruined. Neither the store personnel or management made any attempt during the four days to provide me with a single update - it was entirely on me to keep checking back and when I did I got either confusion or excuses. I finally gave up on these guys and asked for my phone back. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. I got my $30 repair fee returned but that doesn't begin to cover $700 it will now cost me to replace the phone. I took the damaged iphone to Apple and they think the RepairXpert technician damaged the logic board, most likely because he was ungrounded when he changed the battery. I wanted to like this shop because of the reasonable prices but incompetent work is no bargain at any price. Non-existent customer communications are also a big concern. Buyer beware.
