When I returned, the technician tried to pressure me into replacing the phone casing, even after I explained that I couldn't afford it at the moment. When I was ready to pay, I noticed a line down my screen that was not there when I handed over my phone. The technician insisted it was already there and became very agitated when I questioned it. The situation felt very uncomfortable and unprofessional. I ended up paying for the casing and a screen protector, but later realized the screen protector had been removed. Because I was with my daughter and didn't want to cause a scene, I chose not to go back inside. Overall, the experience felt dishonest and I would be cautious before doing business here.

I was coming to the area and I noticed there was a Verizon store near where I'd be, so I made a note to come here since I needed not only a new car charger, but I wanted to possibly get an upgrade for my son. Well, I was glad I did and despite this store being a little farther from me, this will be my go-to Verizon store from now on. It's that good that it's easily worth driving a little farther to get to. The customer service was excellent across the board. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rep who helped me - Matt - was perfect. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, and all around great. I made it a point afterwards that this will be the store I will return to in the future specifically for him. I actually have to go back soon to upgrade my own phone. The store itself is about what you'd expect - small, but comfortable. Neat, organized, and naturally all the latest devices are there on display and to tinker with. Depending on what you're looking for, prices are what they are. The charger was reasonable. The trade in/upgrade was also reasonable. The accessories - from the case to the wires were all reasonable. The added bonus was that my account was looked at and I actually got a little reduction in my bill (which was totally okay by me). Located in the Cortlandt Crossing mall, there's plenty of parking. I've tried most carriers and been to several of their stores - this was the best experience I've had overall and over the years, despite who the carrier was. Recommended if you're in need of their business and naturally if you're a Verizon customer. I will be back.

On this day it was adding a line and finally upgrading my "old" phone. This was in May, so I'm a little late posting this review. As usual, Matt was great and was a tremendous help. This location is a little farther from me, but totally worth it. Inside was clean, organized, and neat. They had the accessories I needed as well. Parking is in the rear - there are doors in the front and back for convenience. Overall another great experience with Verizon and in large part thanks to Matt M. I'm quite certain I'll be back.

I took my iphone in for a simple 30-minute battery change. It left the store four days later…read moreruined. Neither the store personnel or management made any attempt during the four days to provide me with a single update - it was entirely on me to keep checking back and when I did I got either confusion or excuses. I finally gave up on these guys and asked for my phone back. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. I got my $30 repair fee returned but that doesn't begin to cover $700 it will now cost me to replace the phone. I took the damaged iphone to Apple and they think the RepairXpert technician damaged the logic board, most likely because he was ungrounded when he changed the battery. I wanted to like this shop because of the reasonable prices but incompetent work is no bargain at any price. Non-existent customer communications are also a big concern. Buyer beware.

The one plus here is it's separated mostly from the other businesses in the busy Cortlandt Town Center shopping plaza - so if you're looking to just come here, you don't have to deal with some of the general madness in the shopping center. Stock is typical. If you frequent Best Buy, then you pretty much know what to expect with stock, with little differences like game/movie selections being a little different with older titles and some of the toys. Speaking of, Best Buy used to have better selections of both games and movies, but now it's just sad. Yes, I know society is trying to phase out physical media (I'm a physical media fan, so I disagree with that and I know I'm in the minority, but I digress), but some of the titles of both are almost non-sensical in general and here is no exception. You'll get mainly newer titles with questionable choices with older titles. If you're looking to get an older movie or game, you're better off ordering online - even Best Buy's website has a way better selection of titles than what's in store. Best Buy has very typical selections of electronics, appliances, and such - but definitely shop around since Best Buy is not really the 'best buy' anymore and hasn't been for quite some time. Sometimes you'll find decent sales or prices, but sometimes you'll find better elsewhere. Had no interactions with employees aside from the cashier, who was friendly. As mentioned, located in the Cortlandt Town Center shopping plaza - this location has it's own parking lot, so you'll have no issues finding a spot, especially if you're mainly coming here. So all in all it's just a Best Buy. The best part of this location is the location and parking lot, otherwise it's just typical almost all around.

Maybe this guy will help you after he's done with me." that employee says he can't because he's going to help someone else and radios for someone to come help me. 25 minutes later the same guy that radioed for help finally decides to help me. He sold me an open box TV that was labeled excellent condition. I get at home and it's only the TV. There's no remote control, there's no feet to set it up on, and there's no power cable. I am freaking livid. Avoid this garbage place.
