Well, I was glad I did and despite this store being a little farther from me, this will be my go-to Verizon store from now on. It's that good that it's easily worth driving a little farther to get to. The customer service was excellent across the board. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The rep who helped me - Matt - was perfect. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, honest, and all around great. I made it a point afterwards that this will be the store I will return to in the future specifically for him. I actually have to go back soon to upgrade my own phone. The store itself is about what you'd expect - small, but comfortable. Neat, organized, and naturally all the latest devices are there on display and to tinker with. Depending on what you're looking for, prices are what they are. The charger was reasonable. The trade in/upgrade was also reasonable. The accessories - from the case to the wires were all reasonable. The added bonus was that my account was looked at and I actually got a little reduction in my bill (which was totally okay by me). Located in the Cortlandt Crossing mall, there's plenty of parking. I've tried most carriers and been to several of their stores - this was the best experience I've had overall and over the years, despite who the carrier was. He kept hiding in the back room And at one point we heard him using the bathroom because it was so loud and he must not have closed the door. He seemed very tired and was unable to answer any question or help our elderly mother with any technical issues.
