dont go here. they are a scam. they will open a fake account in your name. rack up anything they want. & send it off like they have nothing to do with it. still disputing the charges this guy put on an account that i didn't open! read more

This place is complete garbage! The store is dirty. The staff is rude. And the cell service is terrible. There is a reason tmobile is not mentioned as a top service provider or cell company. My recommendation, do as I did. Visit the Sprint store at 1901 S. Euclid! They have an amazing staff, extremely professional and knowledgeable who are more interested in saving you money rather than treating you like crap and a paycheck. Where tmobile made me feel like a scum bag for wanting to switch from verizon, Sprint did not. They saved me money and gave me amazing cell service vastly superior to anything tmobile could provide. This is the worst place I have ever visited. read more

I really liked it when Jessica was there but there seems to be a new manager and he is awful! He doesn't want to help me with anything and only seems to care about what is on his phone. Jessica was always really nice though, but they have definitely gone down the tubes since she left. read more

This Tmobile location was absolutely outstanding, i saw the other reviews before coming in and i was a little hesitant but as soon as i walked in i was greeted with smiles. They were very professional and understood exactly what i wanted, the manager made sure by the end of my visit that everything was exactly the way i wanted and needed it to be.
