I was SO happy as this had been a huge problem for over a week, and since I was traveling, I did not have time to find an Apple store to get it fixed. He didn't even charge me! So that gentleman left with the computer and brought it to me to recycle. I said I would take a look at it. When I opened it up, it was missing 3 parts! The RAM, the thermal pads and the WWAN card. He did NOTHING except argue that it wasn't his problem. BUT ... it was under warranty and he also said it wasn't his responsibility to look any of that up. It would have taken 1 MINUTE to look it up! This is a $4000 computer! He said it was not his responsibility to give advice to those that don't have any knowledge of computers. As a professional, it is definitely a person's responsibility to have integrity and offer the best service possible to your customers! Never take your devices there if you don't have any knowledge of them, as he will rip you off right under your nose!!

I needed a new battery for my iPhone. They had one in stock and were able to replace it in just…read moreover an hour. I had to give them my husband's number to text when it was ready because I didn't have another number. Customer service was great! My battery health capacity was at 73% and I could easily my new one at 100% health capacity. My phone was only 30% charged when I got it back because they said that's how new batteries come. It would have been nice to get my phone back fully charged, but I'd also rather have my phone back sooner. They are located between Vitality Bowls and MOD Pizza at Centerpoint. They take walk-ins but only allow 2 people inside the small building at a time so you may need to stand outside to wait. They are currently closed on Sundays but that may change.
